Well you are right. But they weren't't separate letters. When Duccius sentva letter to his dad, he included a message for Lucinius. Of course, those messages never made it. Also Celia never knew it. I'm sure Duccius will tell Lucinius when he sees him. I think Lucinius suspected this as well

Appias didn't know anything. He thnought the land he gave Lucinius was a small plot that couldn't grow anhyrthing. He had no idea of what. he gave away.
