California has been a Mecca for those who can make it there. Unfortunately a lot cannot. If you are out on the street, you would want to go where it is warm as compared to New York. The truth is, they shouldn't have to be on the street at all.

I'm not sure I would want to live on the top. Hurricanes can be a problem, but flooding certainly would not be. The view would be fantastic

Arriving back at school, I had a big smile on my face. Captain kept kidding me about ‘why the smile,’ but I just smiled that much more. I discussed the project with the head of the marine biology department. He recommended several books for me to read. I also discussed the overall project with my professor.
