    Chapter 5

I expected this comment from you. I always thought the size of the car didn't matter but how you drove the car was more important

I never tried deep fried Tofu. I have eaten a lot of tofu in soups, but never deep fried. Need to try that. Any other good eats you know of?🙂

    Chapter 5

I told Donnie and Denny about Paul. Denny offered his room, “Where are you going to stay?” “With Donnie” I looked at both boys, they were smiling as they nodded their heads yes. On Wednesday I made several extra lunches. Denny moved into Donnie’s room after changing the bedsheets and I was surprised they even clean the bathroom. Wednesday afternoon, after lunch was served, I loaded the car and went to pick up Paul and deliver the lunches to the school. Mrs. Lawson was at the door to gre

    Chapter 4

Jim has bought the property from the City by paying the back taxes. The city was glad to sell it since the property was over a land fill. It was a cheap buy. Jim's business is profitable, he has money in the bank, and his profits from the Food Truck. Financially he's doing okay. He also has the money left over in his college fund.

It was a test. If Harry got away with that, he would try for more than a cup of salad.

    Chapter 4

Yes, it is a sad comment that some people will always try and take advantage of a situation. Jim was warned by his father, so he knew what he was going to do. Was it effective, time will tell.

    Chapter 4

Jim has good intentions. He got to know a little about Donnie while feeding him when he worked at night at the restaurant. He took a chance in Denny based on his luck with Donnie. I think that would be a natural reaction for Jim.

    Chapter 4

Two weeks had gone by, no luck. Dominic had finished the pilings and was ready to start laying the floor. Jim watched as Dominic welded steel rods into a checker board pattern. By the end of the week, on Friday, Jim watch concrete being poured on the floor. The garage began to take shape. In the meantime, Jim goaded his mother into helping out. She took the orders and handled the money. Two weeks later a four foot wall of concrete blocks was going up on the garage. Dominic said the garage w

The first time I had French fries with the skin on, was at a food truck. I much prefer them that way now.

The only food I ate from a food truck was at fairs or company picnics. So it wasn't very often

    Chapter 3

I'm sure Jim is over the moon. Having a stationary food truck is like having a restaurant only with 100 percent carry out
