With all of the tribulations Toby had suffered, even to the point of considering suicide, he has become somewhat optimistic about his future and life. He hasn’t mentioned the lake and that cold morning. I think he has discussed that with Ron and maybe Ron has helped him through it. As I see him sitting in the chair in front of a cold fireplace reading, no one would ever believe that this was the boy at the lake. As the weather warmed up, we took advantage of being outdoors. Yes, sharing a grief, even not knowingly doing it, is beneficial to both. Toby has found a caring friend in Jeff and now calls him Uncle. He has a supporting boy friend in Ron. Jeff has found a new interest in life causing him to return to his dormant career in investments, as well as a new morning friend at the lake. Toby is safe and Jeff has begun to live again.

Thanks for the note, I took care of that issue. Jeff picked up on Ron's Uncle Jeff. There seems to be a bond between Ron and Jeff.

I think Toby's relationship with Ron had some influence on his decision not to sell himself. I also think the concept to Toby wasn't acceptable to the extreme.
