Christmas was here before we knew it. The carport was finished, Cody ordered the gym equipment which included a weight table and weights. Christmas morning, Cody took the boys and showed them the exercise room as he called it. When Andy came over, the boys had to show him as well. Ever since the house has been built, there have been people, mostly tourists, who stop on their way to cross over the Clarion River, and take a picture of the house. Alan wanted to make sure that any pictures did not have naked boys in them. You can't stop people from taking pictures.

Yes, I'm old fashion, I have always called them tablets and now I have iPads. Grew up with writing in tablets. Old world technology in new world, have different meanings. So you are right, tablets = writing pads

You wouldn't been sitting all of that time. They made stops, to eat, to sleep, visiting historic places requires you to leave the car. I think you would have enjoyed it.

The value of money isn't storing it in a box, the value is spending it. A dollar in a box is a piece of printed money. When that dollar is spent, then it has value, Alan spends his money to make smiles, create happiness, letting his friends know he thinks they are valuable.

Thanks. Can you imagine what those boys are thinking. Trips to Europe, cruises and now road trips. I wonder if they ever think about when they were in Children Services and how they got there. Traumatic experiences at a young age, can lead to behavioral problems.

I agree, people who hoard money, aren't really happy. A lot of stories have been written about the scrooges over time.

I'm sorry but if I include a three day trip in this story, I would need a volume 2 and with the Europe trip would be Vol 2 and this US trip would be Vol 3 I think stories should trigger the readers imagination
