Missed opportunity to call it "man(n)y more troubles" 😜 -

I think, with Christianity, it's a little different: Western countries claim to be secular but Christianity is so ingrained that being a nonbeliever is still seen as abnormal and Christian customs are kinda enforced as if they were secular ones. -

I didn't want to imply that. I mean, after World War II, they became part of the American language. But you might have been an author who drops hints, so I didn't want to miss any 😉 And as far as I know, there are Jews who don't see themselves as religious but only culturally Jewish. Autocorrect has its way with nicknames ^^- 44 comments

Well, I wouldn't say, sheets always tell ^^ By the way, did you know that "shtup" is a Yiddish and "kaput" a Hebrew term? But Bass isn't Jewish, is he?- 44 comments

Making progress 👏 That's how it should be 👍

We've all been there. Besides, apparently, I'm the only one bothered, so there's a fair chance, I'm just wrong 😅
-
That might be so, yet I don't believe in making a volte-face to that extent.

Rocky knows self-defense, so ideally, Bass won't be needed. And, I assume, Rocky can differentiate between adult stuff and same-aged classmates. I might not be someone proficient in parenting, however, I seem to be the only one who isn't really bothered by Rocky's remarks as long as he knows he shouldn't make them towards strangers. Another thing I noticed, that is a bit weird: In the first chapter, Manny came off as a total jerk. I get, that the situation was all new to him and so was his reaction. But at least him having sex so completely different, baffled me. I understand, that this is supposed to mean a little more than what he had with Orlando, but still, he doesn't seem to be that caring. This is essentially a full-blown U-turn.

At the author page, you have a link to the chapters (e.g. https://gayauthors.org/story/zuri/subconscious-mind/#chapters) and recently added the number of recommendations: However, you could also link the word count, views, and comments to the statistics page (e.g. https://gayauthors.org/author/zuri/stats/subconscious-mind/) as well as the recommendations to the respective section on the story page.

Gawd. I hope not. If my writing ever sounds like anything he’d say, I want you to shoot me. A hundred times. Every day for a week. No, a month. Sure, I'll take care of it personally if it ever carries matters to an extreme—oh wait, might be too hard getting a gun over here in Germany. I should have thought this through. Well, since I'm editing this story, authorities who check my search history might find that I researched guns for some chapters to make sure, everything adds up 😅 It's not looking good for me … 🤔 -

Is Freddie Mercury implying to mean "bisexual" in Queen's song "Bicycle Race" or is this an urban legend? That reminds me a bit of "Good Lookin'" by Dixon Dallas 🤔 Kinda like this? 🤣 I mean, "hiding the eggplant" would make so much more sense while sexting with emojis 🤷♂️ -
Ending the Trial Period, and Ivan's Associates Appear
Zuri commented on Lee Wilson's story chapter in Ending the Trial Period, and Ivan's Associates Appear
I'm sure, Bass is known to Ivan's organization since everyone except for Patrick work there for years, so they were employed by the Tanners—and Bass is nobody you easily forget. Fun fact: If you will, not that it’s unrealistic, that the police is informed automatically by the security system, but story-wise, #TeamTanner didn’t actually „win“ anything: The only winner is a third party, #TeamLulaPolice, because either the intruders made stupid mistakes that played #TeamTanner in the hands, so that #TeamTanner solely reacted, or the Lula police did the dirty work. I have to admit, I never saw it that way but this actually makes sense. Things might get smoother, or they might not—but I'm not so sure about thongs 🤔 -

Thanks However, most of what I do resolves around punctuation and I doubt, many would even notice, so the impact is debatable 😅 -

Oh, and joking aside, congratulations 🎉 You're not only peaked in words, but also improved in terms of quality if I might say that 👍 This story (out of three of yours I know thus far) first features a character that gets more likable as the story progresses ^^ Oh, you must have huge trust in my ability to pick up the pace in terms of editing 😅 -

I just assumed, the Tanners had the money and the advance planning to make the pool deep enough just in case. Looks like officially, you are the online blabbermouth of the month 🤷♂️😜- 34 comments

I assume, that's part of why he's so … sassy. I have a clue why the first accident could have happened in the first place … Just some fun fact about Rocky being thrown around: https://physics.stackexchange.com/questions/290740/equation-to-find-how-far-into-water-you-will-sink-depending-on-how-high-you-jump The pool must be around 4.5 meters deep to make sure, one doesn't hit the floor why falling from the height of the ceiling.- 34 comments

My sympathies to any kidnapper who is abashed by Rocky ^^ -
See and now that I’ve said it, we’ve reached Sunday evening and I’m really unhappy with the current state of the chapter. 😅 But know that I’m working on it, hard… You really do know how to send us on an emotional roller coaster right, even without posting a new chapter ☝️

Me, too. He's on par with Manny and Manny really needs someone who challenges him every now and then 👍
