No, keep seeing people complaining about that. i will set my alarm and get up to post it. i worked too hard and too long to write that to leave it up to some machine. Nope, i will do it myself.

i've made it before ..very low sugar made with whole wheat flour, 1/4cup each of molasses and maple syrup ... Michael really enjoyed it

tomorrow ... make bean and ham soup for saturday and maybe bake a lil pumpkin cake cook some eye of round for Sunday dinner.
