I hope everyone has a lovely day. I am not moving quickly this morning ... I have not hated being back at work. Went over results from December with the boss yesterday. My customer satisfaction rating was 98% for the month so that was good. "That pulled the team's average up, so thanks tim." yay! They've changed us to quarterly bonuses rather than annual. So based on my results so far.. I'm looking at $1k for the quarter ... over the year, assuming i can maintain that...it would increase my bonus over the usual annual one .. but we'll see.
