When I referenced in chapter 2 Jayson doing a summer internship for a NY law firm I had no thought of it being the one Ethan worked for. When I wrote the last chapter, I included that as more of a joke to help with writing that anything else. When you edited chapter 2 and mentioned Ethan and the firm it just seemed to work out.

Thank you, Wiyot. People like him seem rare and I'm grateful he and I are still close.
-
Thank you, Wiyot! There's plenty from this left unsaid and sadly too many who understand.
-
True, but usually said by people who don't understand. It goes along with people suffering from depression being told to try thinking about happy things instead.
-
This is the self proclaimed man-whore we're talking about.

You've gotta check with @Carlos Hazday to find out what Owen and CJ get up to in or out of bed. I wouldn't be surprised if growling went along with moaning. I just know my characters aren't going to be revealing themselves to his characters.

I'm actually glad I saw this one through to the finish. One of the original characters that kept falling through the cracks got his moment in the spotlight and deserved every moment.

Thank you, Straycat. I'd included that as a pre-edit joke to help me with writing the chapter. Then asked Carlos for his permission to use it and he was gracious in allowing it. I have fun with the minor crossovers we've done, my characters knowing who his are, but his with no clue lycan and other shapeshifters exist, which is as it should be.

I've got a few ideas.

Thank you, Chris. It's always a joy having you along for the journey.

Thank you, Raven. It may be a little while before the next story makes it to GA, but I'm workin' on it.

Thank you, Wolfpup. I'm pretty sure the three will at the very least remain close friends. You mean a group that's like to have guys flirting big time with Trevor, constantly stroking his wolf's ego?

That makes them even more impressive. I knew from the facial expressions they weren't real animals, but still look photo quality.

This is hilariously wonderful and just what I needed today. The two attack support dogs were the perfect addition.

Trevor did most of that. The stay the hell away and piss off part anyways. You always manage to make me smile with your responses. Thank you for that.

Thank you, James. Sadly biting Randy would have taken this past Trevor's summer and it was time for that to end. But it does give me options for writing more.

Thank you, VBlew. I could have tried to squeeze a couple more chapters in between the camping trip and the previous one, but this seemed the best course to take. It's been a fun ride for me, and you and the other readers make it all worth while.

I always look forward to your comments. I look forward all of them, but you know what I mean. I'd guess with twins, it's the fun of knowing you can pull stuff off like that and people don't know the difference. Not really sure, but most twins I know have pulled the switch routine at some point in their lives. Yeah, Trevor's not going to give up women. They are something he enjoys too much. If he ends up mated to a man or men, that may change. Jayson will remain just a friend with the occasional non-sexual cuddles. He's too good a friend and Trevor would never want to risk hurting him. Before writing Embers, I never thought to have the character chat with his wolf. Unlike Brandon, Trevor is so in tune with his animal side they truly are one. It just goes to show how much Trevor thinks of Jayson. He did call him his best friend on campus. With the support group, his immediate thought was including Jay. Centex, as always, thank you for your continued support and encouragement. Hugz and howlz 🐾

Thank you, Clancy. It's bittersweet when one of my books ends. Happy that one project is complete, but sad that this part of the series is over. From the moment I decided to have Randy offered the choice, I knew the end result not being in this book would disappoint some if not most of the readers. I won't make any promises, but we'll see what happens. The fact that Trevor brought up the test means he'll make sure it happens. And will make sure Jayson is also covered. Wait, how did you know I have talented fingers?

Thank you, Albert. Considering the flack I caught for just letting the Shannon issue drop, it makes me smile that people are happy with this result. For a character I could ever figure what to do with, and considered writing out of the series, he's turned into one of my favorites, which increases his likelihood of a return. Of course, that's contingent on him actually talking to me. I always love those photos.

Thank you, Howzat. I wish I could say the next book was ready to start posting, but that's going to take some time to complete. A 9 is probably a very good rating when the person giving it generally doesn't like to be touched by men. No Trev and Jay. The only benefits there will be cuddle buddies and likely a long lasting friendship.

I had an entire cast of guys ready to fill your mouth so it all worked out. I'm grateful to you not only for the editing, but the gentle pushes and occasional kick in the butt to keep me going to the finish on this book. Thank you for everything you do for me, my teacher.

Yeah, those are two words no one likes seeing in a story they enjoy. Thank you for the wonderful compliment, Al. And for keeping me on my toes throughout.

Don't hold back, Mike. Tell me how you really feel about Shannon. He said his peace and is moving on to bigger and better things. Thank you for your continued support, Mike.

Came out of nowhere? I mentioned last week the final chapter was coming this week. Trevor's summer had to come to an end at some point. I'm happy that this chapter of the series is finished. I do hope to continue it. If you have popcorn for the Shannon roast, you better share. In Trevor's defense, he was in a bed at the time where Shannon slept, in a room permeated with her scent, and an identical twin with an extremely similar smell. In the club he thought the scent seemed the same except for different perfume. Also at the time he was getting laid and probably had his mind on other things. lol. Thank you for always making me smile, Astone. Hugz and howlz
