Thank you for helping me get this read to post. You're fun to work with and it's good to see your mind is as twisted as mine.

That's gonna be one wild neighborhood. When do we move in?

I'm pretty sure Skyler could teach a master class in how to handle his hose. Actually his cover with humans is working security for the pack's main business entity.

Thank you, Carybr. Would I cause drama in one of my chapters? I haven't even deployed a cliffhanger yet. <laughs maniacally>

Hugz to you and I'm happy you did get closer with your dad and brother. Most people know how my coming out turned out, even with my supposedly pro gay parents. F them is the general view. My in-laws and friends are my family. I may try to contact the brother who was born after I was kicked out once he turns 18. I just hope he isn't also gay.

I like the sounds of a buff, red-headed, lycan, firefighter, marine. Maybe I could add that guy as one of Brandon's coworkers in some future book.

I made Aaron spill his drink at least once while he was editing. I can only hope that someday, coming out isn't as hurtful as it was for some of us.

Do I need to start adding a tissue needed warning at the top of my chapters?

Thank you, Rainbow. Now, is that dog house going to be a standard subdivision type that looks like all the rest or are we talking custom here? Maybe a craftsman style? Victorian could be nice too. I'd have good neighbors if I'm between those two. When I started writing the scene with Randy's parents, I wasn't sure what direction I wanted to go. I nearly had them react like my parents did and break off all contact with him. Instead I gave him the better outcome. He expected the worst, but got the best.

Thank you, Justin. I had a vague memory of something regarding Cheney and hunting. When I looked it up, I knew I had to reference it. No making extra work for the author or I might off the characters. I've been told I'm evil that way. Shifting would fully heal Seth. Old injuries and scares are fixed by being turned and doing a shift. That would also require Seth to get the same talk Randy got. I kind of think if he was told his new boyfriend is a lycan, along with several of the guys he looks up to, his response wouldn't be fear, but, "Freakin' cool. Can I become one?"

Thank you, Chris. Randy quickly became fun for me in the last book and even more so now. And it's someone who's totally taken with Seth.

Thank you, Johnny. I'm being nice with this book and not keeping people waiting a week for new chapters, so you'll get that next chapter on Tuesday.

Thank you, Centex. Between the people to take the time to look after Seth and the one's here, getting together for a fun day of trail riding, they're making sure he knows not everyone hates him. I'd originally planned to use Glenn more in the last book, but it didn't work out for him. Some guy named Skyler caught my attention and Glenn was history. lol. yeah, Randy's parents are kinda cool. Tina doesn't mind a 3-way with him and Skyler, so maybe they could convince her to be the mother for their child. Then there would be a grandchild.

“Hey there, Wheels.” Randy ruffled his young friend’s hair after he stepped inside the Murphy house. “Ready for a fun afternoon by the lake? Hi, Mrs. Murphy.” “Hello, Randy.” Carol glanced up from her book. Seth excitedly spun his wheelchair in a circle. “Yep, and the doctor said I don’t need to wear my arm brace anymore.” He freely waved his arm for the first time since July. Seth Murphy was the younger brother of Cassidy Murphy, who Randy had known for years. She and Randy rema

Thank you, Al. I'll forgive you for forgetting about my books. Life is a busy thing. I wasn't sure if I was going to find the time to write, or if I wanted to continue with the series. Every once in a while, I'd like to forget them too. Yeah, it's impossible to calculate every possibility when starting a relationship. Even when both people are out, will the in-law like who their son is dating? Will people find other reasons to try and drive them apart? One of my husband's friends kept going on about, "Why would you want to date someone that short? Find a real man."

    Chapter 50

Thank you, Lizzy. For something that turned into a runaway freight train as I was writing it, my original intent was 15 to 20 chapters, it fortunately didn't crash and turned into something so many readers have enjoyed over and over. Compliments like yours are the reward and it still humbles me people continue to come back to this time and again.

Thank you, Gee. I wasn't sure if I was going to bring these three back or not, but when my characters cooperate and talk to me, I'm not going to complain. It was kind of a whirlwind while Trevor was there, even if it was two months. They were getting to know each other, becoming comfortable with what was happening. Most people don't work out every possibility that could come up in a new relationship. Randy likely thought it would just stay a secret. Trevor and Skyler would have known it would eventually come out. There was already a small group that knew, and Randy knew them. Skyler definitely meant that as a joke. Even though Randy had already had sex with Trevor and was showing interest in more, he briefly blamed Skyler who was brought in my mutual consent. As Randy put it, he didn't consider that as something that might need to happen.
