His opinion already carries a lot of weight with the rest of the group, so just making the request would have had the others already looking for what he saw in Randy. Aiden stated he didn't expect it to be a unanimous decision that quick or having the approval discussion with Trevor so soon if ever. Something to keep in mind, the faster I post chapters, the sooner the story ends.

It's nice to have sappy romantics reading this, Quixo. I think it went as smoothly as it did because of a few factors. Randy couldn't believe what he was being told. When evidence was presented, his mind couldn't come to terms with it being real. Finally, he had Trevor's pheromones still assaulting his system which might have had the effect of calming him slightly through the couple panic attacks. Aren't all in-laws supposed to be perceived as manipulative and treacherous?

Sometimes you just need to step back from a crisis, especially when it appears to be under control and take in the good things happening in another friend's life. Basically, there isn't anything more they can do for Thad at that moment, so there's no reason not to enjoy some time having the PA guys meet Randy and Skyler. Just because it's the way my mind works doesn't necessarily make it correct, even as the author. lol. To me, as Ethan receives the burns on this hands, some of the poison is making it's way through him and working itself out through sweat as he heals himself. If nothing else, it can be listed as a flaw in the author's thinking. I do like when things are challenged since it makes me think more about it and hopefully makes me a better writer, so thank you, Al.

I'm just picturing a kid going into school for the first time as the others watch him getting dropped off. "Wow, you have a lot of people bringing you to school." "Yeah, all three of my dads wanted to be here for my first day of school." I'm pretty sure Ethan was the instigator for friends with benefits in that group. He's got Aiden by the balls, so limited issue in bringing him around. Casey and Cody would have taken no convincing at all, and Darius probably couldn't resist the opportunity to slip into Ethan at least once. Their experience would provide Trevor with good information that the standard for wolves of one mate, exclusively for life isn't mandatory. The question running through my head now, if he were to imprint with both Skyler and Randy, plus live close to the PA five, would it become an eight way relationship with benefits? I'll just say this now, it would be a hot, not I'm not sure I want to write that scene in their dungeon/playroom.

Considering Trevor hasn't had very good luck with long term dating, as in more than a couple weeks at most, them being a good fit could rapidly move to the crash and burn phase. I was simply trying to be upbeat about their current situation.

Silver is a poison that burns all shifters tied to the moon. The level that was in Thad would have been fatal without the medication they used to counter it. The toxicity level reached a point before the surgeons arrived where the counter-agent was no longer having any effect at stabilizing him. He was literally burning from the inside out. Ethan had to be in physical contact with Thad to heal him. The silver in Thad's system caused burns to Ethan's hands and transferred to his own bloodstream which Aiden noticed when he kissed his mate. Ethan's able to heal himself as well, but he is at least temporarily contaminated by the metal after each time he helps Thad. An attack on the hospital would be a strategic objective for he McKinney family if they could get close enough to do something. The attack on Thad used surprise. At this point, everyone in the pack who provides any type of security is on duty and guarding the facility in every increasing rings so nothing happens.
