Yeah, I couldn't see under any circumstances Randy instantly being okay with what he was told. He needed a few days to process it. Checking on Wade could have been an excuse to see Trevor or seeing him when he went to see Wade was the final piece to make him realize he didn't want to give up the two hot guys he liked.

It's sad when that takes place in a family. Anyone who's read Alone in the Night knows I've written off my entire biological family. At least the ones I knew. Go out towards the more distant relatives and the one's I've met don't seem to care. In the case of Seth, though he's a fictional character, he's lucky it's only his sister that's the issue. Both parents only cared about his safety.

So what I'm taking from this is since they're too hot to handle, I should tone things down between the three of them? A chance encounter in a grocery store at separate times and finding a handsome, single man. As Tanner said, he'd been nailing Cassidy for months. The man drives some type of sports car based on the backseat only big enough for a two-year-old, and odds are he dresses well. That might be a prime target for someone who's hoping to get out of the small town. Or at least hoping for a free ride to get established someplace else. Trevor's reaction was likely as intense as it was since she went after her own brother. With Tanner, she was screaming at strangers on the lake. He simply decided the weekend was fun and dumper her at the dock, before going back out and getting laid on the party boat. lol The thing with the guard happened fast. As soon as Trevor knocked the guard away, no one made a move to get near Randy. Trevor also took the time to explain exactly what happened and why. Happily the response was, "I've got a lot to learn." For not being sure how to express it, you do quite well. A possible next book is in the pipeline, but it will be some time before it's ready. I am trying though.

Trevor's had a busy week, but he hasn't forgotten about Seth.

In a town that has a good amount of tourists passing through it, what seems like an innocent accident is a good way to meet sexy guys. That much you've got to give her credit for. I know plenty of guys who would happily pick up as many that way if they could. Nothing was ever implied between her and Trevor that it was exclusive. Both viewed it as mutual fun. It's why Trevor saw no problem having sex with both guys while still seeing her. It just happened with the two lycan she's known to have hooked up with, their scent didn't transfer. Her dislike or unwillingness to give a blowjob and the use of condoms prevented Trevor and Tanner for picking up the other's scent. And yes, her bitchiness got her dumped in a parking lot an hour from her home, which is kind of not nice, but still fitting. I know a guy who tries to juggle 5 or 6 people. As far as I know, he keeps them hidden from each other. A combination of men and women. He's a cool guy in some ways, but I try to stay as clear of that part of his life as I can.

That's how I hoped people would view him from the start of this book.

She did have the looks and intelligence to keep Trevor's interest for a few weeks, even if not enough to prevent him from experimenting with Skyler and then Randy. Can people like her be reasoned with? Small town or big city, people like her congregate with the like minded just like gays do. Not to say our community is all sunshine and rainbows, but I've personally never seen the level of hate from anyone on our side as I have from people like her.

Thank you for comment #700, Raven. It was definitely a big adjustment for Randy, but as he mentioned, a friend came out to him and he didn't handle it well. He's moved from shock, to curiosity. Yes, Sander's could have caused a major issue, but to his credit he heard something and reacted the way a bodyguard should, even if a little overzealous. Trevor also recognized that by instructing no punishment or reassignment for the guard. Cassidy provided Tanner an opportunity to party with a swingers group and I'd guess those frisky women enjoyed themselves as much as he did.

Thank you, weinerdog. I've got a bunch of friends who'd also answer with, "No buzz? Why drink then." I've run across people like her many time. It doesn't matter what's set to them, how many times they get slapped down, or the number of people that walk out of their life when they show their true colors. Those people just can't give up on their hate and can rarely articulate what the reasoning for their position is.

Thank you, Johnny. Life goes on. Trevor and Tanner have their best conversations while at lunch and it's always a learning experience for Trevor. I thought about dragging out the Randy question, but he was feeling to randy to stay away.

Another great chapter and addition to CJ's life. He and Camilo are a fun pairing. I think CJ enjoys when intelligence officers underestimate him. Especially when it's a hot Cuban he can mildly flirt with while acting as friends as they feel each with out, without actually feeling each other any more than Camilo did, or the view in the bathroom.
