It's nice to see this getting posted. The chapter is just as fun today as the first time I read it. Geoff is a cool father-in-law. Pam seems to be behaving herself which is a good thing after her last encounter with CJ. It's great the series keeps going and doesn't get old.

I did save them but hadn't tried them. Seems every time I think about it, something comes up. I've said a couple times there should be a CJ cookbook.

@astone2292makes it a fun process and comes up with good questions when none have been submitted. I've really got to catch up on my reading since I'm so far behind on both his works, yours, and Parker's. I'm missing out on some of my favorite authors on this site.

Right back at ya, Carlos When either of us is working on a project, I get used to the playful banter as chapters get passed back and forth. Then when the projects done, I find I miss that. I happily admit you're the biggest reason for me working to improve how I write. Those chapters where you say you didn't find much to correct always makes me smile with pride that I paid attention to my mentor. As for the sandwich filling, you are the only person I'm comfortable using the term Daddy since with you it doesn't have the negative connotations of my past. The fact my husband started it, is just icing on the cake.

Thank you, Backwoods. My husband and I went hiking in the mountains above Palm Springs, CA. We took the aerial tram to the top of the mountain, where the summit station is about 8900 ft. Usually we just have our CamelBak's filled with water, but that time we grabbed a soda to go with our sandwiches. Not realizing what could happen and uncapping the carbonized drink, I lost half of it when it sprayed everywhere on opening. I doubt I can take credit for the Narnia comment. I'm pretty sure I've heard it somewhere else. I'm grateful to the previous generations for what they went through so fewer people have to hide. I hope things don't regress.
