Thank you so much, Albert. I honestly didn't think a book about fighting fires was going to work. Thankfully @Carlos Hazdayand my husband pushed me to do it.

Thank you, Albert. I love no smoke days, I cough a lot less.

Thank you, Albert. It was fun writing that scene with my husband's input. A lot of in depth research was needed.

At times I wish I could easily post the video of that drive down the road of hell, though I'm happy to let it sit on a memory card along with all the other pictures and video I took. Brandon's finally opening up and taking a look at the other half to him. That paragraph starting with Dark columns originally began as a poem I wrote, trying to capture what I was seeing that night. Thank you, Albert.

Thank you, Albert. Plus a couple short guys mud wrestling, can't forget that. After something like that, Ethan could probably get a cut from the glass and dent shops.

There are so many weather related variables in a fire, the fact Ethan managed what he did is amazing.

LOL. It makes for one hell of a way to meet someone.

Thank you, Albert. In the original draft, @Carlos Hazdaycommented on where I mentioned how heavy the gear was that Brandon carried and suggested expanding on that. So thinking he meant one thing, I wrote out the sexy description when he really meant something else. We both agreed it was too fun to change. The Blue Mountains, and especially the Katoomba is breathtaking, even with smoke and flames visible.

Thank you, Albert. Those three, especially Lucas were based on the crew I worked with during those fires. Within a couple days of starting work, it was like being around old friends. Brandon is going through what a lot of people experience, not being able to accept part of yourself and fighting to hide or separate yourself from it.

“Trevor.” Tanner rested his hand on the muscular shoulder, causing his coworker to look up. “Time to break for lunch. Save what you’re working on and let’s blow this joint.” “Give me a second to finish this trace. I think I might have found four million dollars.” He rubbed his eyes while squinting at the monitor. “If I stop now I may not…” He typed a few commands and scrolled back and forth through row after row of numbers. “Yep, there it is. I knew I saw something.” “Sidney, hold up

Thank you, Albert. It's no holiday to be in one of those tents, but a thousand times better than the older blankets.

Thank you, Albert. I had to Google "E ticket". I hope it lives up to that.

Thank you, Backwoods. I never paid attention to the leaderboard. I glanced at it last month when I noticed I'd one the previous day. It shocked the hell out of me to see I'd won seven days in a row. I greatly enjoy the speculation between chapters anytime I'm posting a story. Seeing what people thing might happen, no matter if they're close or way out in left field. I write for myself and to see if I can create what I want. Being able to share it with everyone is a bonus. Getting to know people through writing, is just icing on the cake.

I'll make up for that when I loan him my husband. He's definitely the one that not getting spanked is more of a punishment than getting them.

I think in this case it's no spanking for the editor. We do the best we can, but errors will always slip through. Regardless, I'm always grateful to work with you. A foot-long could be nice, but two six-inchers get you the same with twice the fun. lol. The wolf pheromones just make them more eager to take it. I see several of your readers that followed Embers aren't along for this ride, otherwise someone would likely have noticed that steal from CJ - Summer.

Thank you, Raven. I've had fun building on their limited appearance in The Alpha. I considered having Trevor stay on his own, but this was definitely the better option.

Thank you, Chris. Trevor's always happy when he's getting laid. Getting to do a little area sightseeing can only add to the fun of his summer excursion.
