So many comments I don't have time to snark to 😭😭😭. Y'all are lucky I'm too busy in the kitchen, I barely had time to read. Whoever invented large families for Thanksgiving needs to be shanghaid or something. 2 days of cooking. But all seriousness, great chapter. I still don't trust when you end a chapter this nicely. If the next chapter doesn't pull mega heart strings or throw us for a loop your dog house is so getting an upgrade. You are definitely gifted at keeping the anticipation going for long periods of time.

Holy huge ass flood of relief. Not gonna lie, for a second I almost expected Boots to get officially recognized as part of the pack. Total side track, you know that feeling in your stomach and throat when the roller coaster is creeping up to the top of the next peak, and you know the massive drop is coming but you can't see over the car in front of you ... Can some please let me borrow their hand? I'm out of finger nails to chew off.

It's shinney and pretty ..... although I wonder if you could get copper leaf for going on paper, that would turn such a pretty shade of green. Besides, shifters wouldn't have to touch it, just keep kids from licking it. ..... that does make me wonder how the older shifters dealt with ancient books. For a long time there, any book deemed imported had the page edges gilded or silvered. .... ugh, I didn't wanna research odd ball theories today 😭😭😭😭
