Absolutely beautiful bomb drop, but I'm still gonna pretend to be mad. The way you were edging to happy closure with Vann, and then you collapse the damn cheesecake!! Now I gotta sit for goddess knows how long to find out if Corbin is OK or not. You're lucky you're one of my favorite artists or I would be so livid 😭😭😭

I originally wasn't going to ask, but after this chapter my brain wouldn't drop it. How much research have you put into history, anthropology, lore, and older religions? It's mostly stuck because you come at a lot of things with similar angles and descriptions that my great grandmother would use. And amazing conclusion to this part of the tale, I can't wait to see what comes next.

I've seen people use them a few times, I'm sure her talents could handle the challenge and not screw up lore in the process. I've only seen one author so far use a dragon shifter and not make it sound like garbaged fluff. I thinks that's why most people don't try. Most of the ones I've seen try so far have taken general shifter lore and mangled it worse than disney could, just to include an almost cool dragon.

Shoot, I never do anything in a straight line. Not quite as bad as @weinerdog reading patterns, but I definitely zig zag all over the place. Next challenge, reading the chapter and comments at the same time 😝😝😝 I don't know of I should blame my ADHD, or being Polish. 😝😝😝

So many questions 😭😭😭 you are devious and evil. I'm gonna keep my speculations to myself for the moment, and cross my fingers that I'm right on some events coming. So many possibilities, at this point I'm damn near expecting a dragon to just poof hi and then run away. I love and hate your ability to open so many doors, make it look like things are going in one direction, then suddenly dive left through a door from six hallways back.

Lovely end to the story, I can't wait for the next one. I guess I can let you out of the dog house for now, considering you published just in time for me birthday. Granted family kept me to busy to read it than, but could be worse. Again, your talent to tie things together and leave enough lose ends for another story must make the Fates jealous. I'm glad there is so much material to go back and reread while we wait for the next one. Not gonna lie, I'm honestly tempted to go through everything and find some obscure walk on roll and beg for a story about what happened to them 😝😝😝. I'm sure I'm repeating myself at this point, but this story was definitely one of your best art pieces in my opinion.

I do like victorian. I just gotta remember to set Aaron's wifi so it goes out whenever my coffee gets spilled. I think the reason I always tear up with telling parents story I'd because I had one parent react good, one react bad, and then lost half my extended family. It makes me so happy the kids losing family to comming out is becoming less and less common. Still to frequent though.

Flippen heart strings, I'm building a dog house for you too now, right between @Justin4Fun and @astone2292. The parent interactions were beautiful at the end, I wish we all were that lucky. Good or bad that conversation always brings tears to my eyes.

Evil, vile, cruel, I swear I'm not crying. Whoever is in charge of the layout needs to hurry and add a happy tears button. I'm so happy you didn't drop us on another cliff, but gahl darn sugar biscuits of an artist, did you have to wrench my heart strings like this. Keep this up and you're getting red wine and coffee bean ice cream. Don't make me put 70's shag orange carpet in your kitchen. Flipping crying moms and floating eyeballs. On the funny side, my husband caught me crying and asked if he needed to take my phone away and yell at somebody. I explained the story and he is going to make an account so he can read all these stories. According to him, if the chapters are making me emotional they must be dang good authors.

Sadly it's actually true, at least back in the late 90's it was. We were at a bar in Germany with a few other students from the states. We had to let them copy ID's to compete. Whoever had the most shots got 500 (the winner only took 18 shots - flippen lightweight) euros. They let the other boys from the states compete, but when my brother and I showed our cards we were told we couldn't compete being from Wisconsin. That being said, don't anyone mess with making an "old fashioned" that is a wisconsin drink, and if you didn't learn to make it from someone in northern Wisconsin you're making it wrong, and there is no substitution for a sugar cube and muddling. Fidge that simple syrup and pre-made mix BS. 😁😁😁
