Mickey and Remy took Rory to the beach. We'll have dinner around 5:00, I think. Then there's going to be a fireworks show at dusk. Hey, Bobber. Will they let you go outside to watch any fireworks tonight, or are you stuck in the hospital?

Hey, Albert. Sorry I missed you. Went to the grocery store, then watched a movie after the groceries were put away. No, you can't. I've heard of that one before, and I know it's inedible.

But I'm Page. Tonight it was pancakes. Tomorrow, we're having bacon burgers, grilled potatoes, macaroni salad, and peanut butter-rice krispie ice cream sandwiches.

Hey, Caz. How are Mark and Ali? Speaking of manners...when did it become common practice for menfolk to leave the cubicle door hanging wide open when they do #1? For ****'s sake!! I've seen it happen no less than FIFTEEN times this week, and it's only Wednesday!! I hope the kids are having a lovely time.

Hey, Xander, Dennis, Jordan, and Ash! How is everyone? Hey, Drewbear. Instead of ass-kissing, will there be an ass-biting ceremony? 😀 Nope, Mickey and Remy always hold doors and push in chairs for each other. Because Morgan and Dad-in-law have done a good job of teaching Mickey how to be a man. Remy just sort of picked up on it when they started dating.

I love the two boys in this picture. So sweet, and not afraid to show their love for each other. They appear to be at a concert or another outdoor venue of some sort. I can picture them attending a Rufus Wainwright, Jr. concert.

He went home after dinner yesterday. Mickey is 16. And Remy is his beau.

No, but he visits whenever he knows Mickey will be here.

We're doing well. Mickey is making taco-grilled cheese sandwiches. Morgan is working on some sweet potato fries, and I made a pitcher of Agua Fresca earlier. Remy had to go home yesterday, but he'll probably be back sometime later this week.

I'm afraid the foster kids are gone. The sperm-and-egg donors took Randy's family to court, wanting to reclaim "their" children. There's a very good reason why those kids were removed from their home, but Justice isn't always fair, sadly.
