Chapter 35: Deadly Decision
JayT commented on astone2292's story chapter in Chapter 35: Deadly Decision
okay so wasn't it said that new ones (gods) showed up when they were needed.... Vincent couldn't go to the afterlife because he had to hang out with the seven... what if they are about to become the eight...- 78 comments

Are we even sure Tyler was saying "Boston, Boston, Boston..."??? Maybe in his sleep mumbling he was saying "Austin, Austin, Austin..." which doesn't' make much sense since we don't know any Austins...or maybe he was saying "Caution, Caution, Caution," since he couldn't find anyone in the McDen and he was cautioning himself in his dream. Who knows??? @kbois and @Mrsgnomie, that's who knows. But no matter how much we beg and plea, or how annoying we may get, they just won't talk.

Heck, I know you wouldn't reveal anything. If you were going to do it, you would've during the whole "where is the laptop?" debate.

Now, now...don't jump to conclusions. You might know what happens next since you've already read it, but we don't. Whatever was in the room could be anything. I'm sure it's a dead body, we just don't know it's Neall's dead body. Let's hope it isn't. If it is, then that would be super sucky.

Wow! I'm like uber late for this party and six pages worth of comments are too many for my easily distracted mind to read through. So I'll just say good chapter and looking forward to more!

So I'm finally caught up to the current chapter and have the patience and attention to read the comments. The cruise was fun except I did learn that lips can get sunburnt and it's a bitch when the start peeling. I'm wondering if Elijah's powers are like Mystique's and if the was a retina scanner or fingerprint scanner he needed to get through if his shape-shifting would replicate those factors two match the person he was posing as... Just a thought.

Wow, his name is Uncle Uncle!!!! That's some badassery right there. That would be like someone with the last name Majors who's in the Air Force being promoted to Major. Then he would be Major Majors. My junior high history teacher told us a story about a man named Major Majors who was promoted to the rank of Major. He was Major Major Majors.

just wanted to let y'all know I might not get to read the next couple of chapters till after the 28th... I'm heading to New Orleans tomorrow and then going on a 7 night cruise to Key West and the Bahamas.

I know I'm late to the party but I had formatting issues, then took a nap, forgot I wanted to say something, ate dinner, then came back and saw there were too many comments to read through... So, I'll just say this... I was right!!!! I called that computer shite way back!!! How close will this journey bring Elijah and Tyler together??? If all this has been covered, sorry, not sorry. I'll fully admit I'm lazy and didn't eat to read that.

if I had ever seen your face I would tell I miss your face...but...I have missed you 🙃😉

There is more time covered in this chapter than in any other chapter so far. A lot happened in that time, but I needed the story to advance. I have some more twists and turns in store for poor Teej coming up before he graduates. I enjoy writing about these guys. I've always believed the secondary characters make a good story great. They are the ones who introduce new plot lines and throw monkey wrenches in the plans of the main characters. If they aren't developed well, then why would my characters care about anything they do or say? High school football is a lifestyle in Texas. Thirty-two years ago when my parents moved us from Port Neches to the Dallas area, they had people begging them for the season tickets for the football games. People even offered to pay them for the rights to the tickets. Once we moved to Flower Mound and I started going to Lewisville High School in the early 90's, my parents bought season tickets for those games and held on to them for probably five years after I graduated. I am the baby of the family, so there was no one left in the school district. Crazy, right? The vision problems frustrate me so much because I can't see the screen well enough to see if I'm making any mistakes. Hopefully the neurologist will be able to figure WTH is going on with my optic nerves. Like I said before, I'm going to try to have chapter 15 finished before next year ;).

Thanks for the comment...the vision loss is not only affecting my peripheral but it also has a slight blind spot just above the center of my field of vision in my right eye. It's annoying because I have to mainly keep my right eye closed in order to see and read what's on the screen. I'm going to try to get Chapter 15 out before next year though.

I guess the hidden content is so hidden none of us can see it. 🙂😉

especially when they've lain dormant for way too long and you're trying to work on another story but those voices get drowned out by the others reawakening... once I almost decided to say eff it and put all my stories in the same universe and just write one big ass epic train wreck

@Kitt girl I am a long suffering insomniac and take sleep where I can...catnaps are my BFF

dude!!! I once tried to write a story (shifter story with witches, fae, and vampires everywhere) and the place where people dreamed was actually where the Fae live which is also connected to the Spirit Realm...so Fae could interact through all places and the dead as spirits can affect the physical realm through the dreamers...anyways that's as multiverse as I got and it took a lot to keep everything right in my head and in the story...finally I had to walk away from the story...I'll probably go back to it sometime soon because I still have so many ideas and the characters are screaming at me to tell their story...but it won't be easy

I'm 45 and while the random shiny shit that catches my attention can be entertaining...it's mostly annoying...add on top of that I overanalyze the fact I overanalyze everything
