Story note: This tale presupposes you have read the other stories in the series, and have some idea of who everyone is and what they are talking about! ---- Kiri Snorkum and her brother, Kiley, stood in the main street of Twombly and gazed at the lights strung overhead. Those tiny orbs glowed every color of the rainbow and then some, passing from building to building on strands that wove back and forth above the entire length of the town's main thoroughfare. I think I'll put the HC team to work answering these questions. That's the Holy Crap! team, in case you didn't know! Rick and Charlie are about the same height, and Kip and Adrian are about the same height, which is about 1.5-2 inches shorter than Rick and Charlie. That's the way I see them, anyway. I would swear that I have already named Kiernan's sister in the tale in which he was himself introduced . Rick's sister and brother...if I named them, it would have been in the earliest tales. Hmm. Durapar? Seems to me he left Engris to go visit family in one tale. I actually don't know. I DO know that I will start posting the Christmas Charlie Boone tale on Christmas Eve day. Best I can do for now! 😁

Why are you NOT writing stories? Your plot ideas are good ones! I have to admit to not remembering every single detail of this series now. I have a monster cheat-sheet to remind me of things, but no reference is perfect. And I just don't have time to re-read the series every time I sit down to write a new entry. You plainly have read these stories more than I have! Anyway, I can't answer your question just yet. I was away for 10 days, so I'm just getting to your comment now. Sorry for the delay!

I am not surprised YOU noticed that. I lace all my tales with things that I hope people will notice: names of characters, places, or things from other stories (many not my own), and little Easter eggs here and there that I wonder if anyone will spot. MOST go unnoticed. Not because people don't pay attention, but more likely because the references are too obscure. I had a friend in high school that used to sigh all the time and say, "I sure hope I know what I'm doing!" We were close. 😁 It's fun for me to reference these other places and times, even if no one knows what I mean but me!

Hmmm. Sure. He can still be alive. Why not? These guys live long lives. Wilfred would be a contemporary of Porvus and Lodda. They live, so why not the father of Snave and Thorvil? We'll see what happens the next time Jamie and friends come to call.

I saw Scooby in cable reruns in the late 70s. Those cartoons had a very distinctive look to them. You don't forget that!
