That's right... The birds. My mother just watched that the other night. I picked up The Shining on DVD, but haven't had a chance to watch it yet. I haven't seen it in full since I was about 10 or so...

Hmmm... we had 85 kids tonight. (we prepared 100 bags of candy and had 15 left) I sure wish I was a teen boy again. lol I saw lots of Spidermen boys tonight

I find it mildly amusing that we have a holiday where a one night a year bunch of cute children wander around and take candy from strangers. The rest of the year, you aren't supposed to do that. I've been impressed thus far with how amazingly polite all these kids have been. I guess society isn't totally sliding into the toilet...

hmmm.... I generally don't watch scarey movies... but... Nightmare on Elmstreet Friday the Thirteenth Halloween The Shining There are a few that are fun to watch in the dark... Sleepy Hollow, Alien Aliens, others....

Unfortunately, I was unable to complete my entry on time, as some other work took over. (And I was unsuccessful in shaking a rather annoying writer's block) I do have some stuff moving along for release with the Winter Anthology.

I've always known I had a lot of books. I decided to put them all in a database (I'm an anal rentitive engineer, what can I say?). So, I've been boxing them and carrying them one shelf at a time to my office/bedroom. I've only made it through 2 shelves... and I'm at 130 books. There are about 8 shelves left... But at least I'll be able to run a report of books I still have to read. (I've long since lost track due to sheer volume) It will also allow me to track which books I still need to pick up. I expect a huge book buying frenzy sometime in the new year After the books, I'll need to do my CD's and Computer Games. (I've already done my DVDs. 360+) Anybody else have a good track of what they own?

If you are already logged in, you get a Welcome Back type message with your username and it tells you if you have PM's. If you are logged out, you get a different welcome bar that suggests you log in.
