We could have new possible allies with the agents of the Military Intelligence. Jerry would soon be on the serum and maybe, just maybe, he’ll be able to speak. I needed sleep! I had been up since the beginning of evening the day before. I did sleep hard. It was three the following afternoon when I woke up. Yet, I wasn’t alone. I rolled over to see Colin sitting up in bed reading. “You didn’t have to stay in bed,” I said smiling at Colin. Colin smiled down from his book. “No, I didn’t.” H

The investigator looked so…blown away by what Colin said, he just kept backing up. George looked at Colin in horror. “Colin!” Colin frowned at George. “We need allies!” The investigator was shaking his head. “This is a joke.” He said refusing to believe. I questioned Colin’s telling the man, too. I walked to Colin. “Colin, maybe…” Colin looked at me. “I’m right, Devon.” Colin urged me to believe. “You know I have these feelings…I think we should trust him.” I looked and C

Chuck led Colin and me back to the terrace that overlooked the gardens. He looked as if he were pointing out things on the grounds. “So, just look like I’m pointing at some things around the estate,” Chuck said calmly. “Now, look at the bluff to the northeast.” He passed a pair of binoculars to us. “Now, scan around, but look where I said.” I pushed the binoculars away. “That’s okay. I see them.” And I could. Not only could I see better at night, but like some animals that can see things

Colin smiled at George. “Forgive me for thinking about my husband first. You know I love you, George.” “Yeah, yeah,” George said, but smiled. “Now, I need to get to work.” “We go back to London Saturday night,” I said taking Colin’s hand. “We have another vampire to retrieve.” Willie shook his head. “Another vampire? We’re going to need more room.” “She found us.” I shrugged. Colin looked around the underground storage area. “Perhaps we need to expand this.” “At the rate

After we cleaned up and got dressed, it was lunchtime. We had the whole day! We did walk around London with no agenda and we made our way and we were in Kent, the southern part of London. There we found Tom Bell. Not a man, but a where. Fish and chips! By reputation, theirs was the best, so we went in and got some. I wasn’t disappointed. It was good! The seasons were changing and one of the changes was fog. As the evening came on, in rolled fog. I’ve seen fog, but this? The air was cold and the

Other than the Canadian part. This was my life in many ways. I'm reading more now.

We got up after a good sleep. Now we faced some new challenges. How do we catch a wild vampire? I thought about how we could keep one and what sort of containment we would need. A cage? That would be the best way. Keeping one in back of a van would be dangerous and it would try repeatedly to escape. We were protected to a degree against the vampires, but Shelly and Chuck didn’t need the risk it could bite even accidentally in the vampire’s attempt to get away. The Disflavor didn’t make them inca

Venom. Is There a Difference?
R. Eric commented on R. Eric's story chapter in Venom. Is There a Difference?
That's the best way to keep a real love alive. That and post sex cuddling. The constant contact and telling each other what they love about each other is so important. Sex is great, but love needs nurturing. It's like a plant, you need to give it constant water, or it dies. -
When Matt and I separated from our hug. I saw him change. He was not this angry young guy, who really wasn't young, mad at the world. He wasn’t over what happened to him, but he had given another person a truth he had hidden for so long. He practically changed physically as face relaxed. “I’ll say it again,” I said gently. “Not one thing you told me about was your fault,” I said again making sure he was looking at me. “Do you know that?” Matt nodded a little. I shook his shoulder

The other vampires arrived and each one were stunned seeing Edwin looking so…human. They all wanted to see Edwin and they surrounded him wanting to talk to him. Edwin startled many as he got some finger food from a passing tray and ate it in front of them and downed it with some beverage. That more than anything was convincing them this was going to be possible. Then they were all asking to be a part of this and wanted the serum. “Whoa!” George smiled. “I have enough serum, but someone needs

I hadn't thought of a crossover! Interesting.

Edwin was doing well that afternoon. We spent the time getting to know Edwin better. “I think when you finally are able to eat…” I grinned. “You should move upstairs.” Edwin’s eyebrows rose. “Why?” Colin looked around his bedroom below the house. “Where’s your bathroom?” Edwin chuckled sadly. “We really didn’t need a loo.” He waved at an ornate chair. “We really didn’t need one other than a chamber pot.” Colin chuckled. “You will need one now.” “And when will I eat?” Edwi

It was the next day when I got to really see Thornwood. When I did, I was impressed. We had arrived at night and then early next morning we were back on the road to London to check out of the Four Seasons and today we weren’t going anywhere. Edwin said they had a lot of weddings and corporate parties here and now I understood why. The house was very elegant, but the yard was spectacular. The gardens and yard were beyond beautiful. We had breakfast out on the terrace that overlooked a very well-m

It only took a few minutes before the SUV s arrived at the front of the house. When they got out, Colin had told me my mother had insisted on coming. I greeted them at the door, but I knew my mother would know I was upset. They all knew it! No, I wasn’t just upset, I was pissed! As they got out and walked up, I didn’t have to say a word. Willie wouldn’t even look at me, but Mom looked right at me. “Don’t blame anyone about my coming, Devon.” Mom said firmly. “I came on my own.” “But Mom…

Going into Harrods’ I was just astounded by the sheer size of it. Doormen! There were always doormen. In New York, there was always those men employed to welcome and open doors for guests. It was very exciting walking in the store like that. I don’t think there were many people in the world who hadn’t heard of Harrods’. There was that big Egyptian thing mummies were placed when the ancient pharaohs were placed. We walked among the many people as I looked at all that most were not offered. Most d

Colin came into our room as my mother was leaving and a little startled when she stopped him and kissed him on the cheek and then kept going. “What was that about?” I chuckled. “She loves you,” I said simply. Colin looked back at my mother and then looked at me. “Well, something’s up.” I nodded patting the bed beside me. “Sit first.” He came over and sat by me. “Okay,” but waiting for me to tell him a little worried now. "Things are moving forward with her and Willie.” I began ex

Yes, they are close. Except for Devon; Colin, Willie and George have known each other for sixty to seventy years. We all know that unless you shave them...(which to me should be a crime as you all know I have a hair fetish)...we all have pubes.

We began planning our trip “across the pond.” The time of year could be a little chilly, so I packed accordingly. I heard it could be damp. The seasons were changing, so I wanted to be prepared. The other employees at VUN that were there were beginning to see more activity. It would get a lot more chaotic soon. I looked up to see Amanda with her boyfriend was walking through the office area with her, but he was looking around. His look was more cautious than he should have been. The truth wa

First Steps Into The World
R. Eric commented on R. Eric's story chapter in First Steps Into The World
He knows. He's just a drama queen. -
I'm working on the next story now. Naturally, there will be those on both sides of the issue. Those that want it and those that don't. Patience, my pretties, I'm typing now.

Another hole in one! That's amazing!

After that had begun, Colin and I went into Adrian’s cell. Adrian rose, shaking his head. “No. I don’t want it.” Colin looked at me crossing his arms over his chest. “He doesn’t want it.” Walking up behind Colin, I shrugged. “Well, you did offer him the choice of taking the serum or facing the sun without it.” I shrugged. “I saw the man you knew as Brett burn, that was pretty gruesome. That man literally clawed his own face off.” Colin nodded. “Yes, he did.” He scratched behind an

Marissa looked terrified, but I saw Colin’s face and I would have been terrified if it was me he was looking at that way. I’ve never seen Colin so quietly…furious. Enraged. I knew he was going to kill her. It was in his eyes. She saw it, too. Marissa was still fighting the sun gun pointing at her as she scooted back from Colin. “I didn’t kill anyone! I don’t need to kill. My family gives me blood.” “But you did create him!” Colin pointed at Adrian. “It was your bite that made him and you

This was messing our plans up. How could we give the serum to a rapist? That’s just what I asked Colin. “We can’t give the serum to anyone that hasn’t be cleared of this,” I said. “How can we give the serum to a rapist?” Colin frowned as he waved his head in frustration. “The whole point was to get him to let us know what his plans are.” He turned away frustrated. “We don’t know it was anyone in particular.” George shook his head. “I say we tell Marissa we won’t give the serum until

We let the others on our teams know what we planned as we sat again at the dining table and of course, there were objections. “You’re letting Lurch in the Manor!?” Chuck balked. I chuckled. “I think Fester is more like it; only Adrian isn’t as funny as Fester was.” I grinned at his Addams Family reference. I shrugged. “But I see a little Lurch in him, too.” “Only Lurch and Fester weren’t vampires!” Chuck said. “That…whatever his name…is a vampire!” “And we will be prepared.” Coli
