I had a feeling as soon as Brian was back what’s her name would pack up the son and pass him off to Brian, I think that Toby needs a loving home and people who care about him, I just hope that Gordon is going to be ok with Toby being in their lives more than he was expecting. Brian and Gordon need to sit down and discuss Toby coming to live with them permanently which I think is going to happen soon. As she has fitted a burglar alarm to the house and hasn’t given Toby the code basically means that she has washed her hands of any responsibility for Toby, whose house is it? Is she renting it? If she is renting the house she is not allowed to fit an alarm to the house without the landlord's consent.

Why didn’t Watson make enquiries about the drug that was used on both Fred and Stephane, could it be bought over the counter? If not it had to come from a hospital and the most likely suspect was that idiot closet case neighbour Bullwinkle I don’t understand how nobody thought to find out about that drug?

I think that this trial was rushed it just seemed to be so short, most murder trials take at least 6 weeks or longer and deliberations usually take a few days. there is one point that has been overlooked and that is Fred is short and could a man of his size actually strangle Stephane? Would Fred’s hands fit around Stephane’s neck?

I think that Stephanie needs psychiatric help, she definitely has several screws loose, between the way she has treated her ex husband and Barry who does that to a child? Lots of kids wet the bed, I am surprised that Barry isn’t more traumatised by the whole situation. Then trying to kidnap Karl JNR, what’s going on with her? -
All smoke detectors should be checked every month and every property should have a carbon monoxide alarm where there are gas appliances

I can’t believe that the small amount of damage that Kevin did to the flat was a felony, that is really rough, I wish that we had that here in London as the amount of damage I see tenants do to a property it would sure stop them from doing it. I also think that the DA should have challenged the request for $10,000, that seems a lot of money, landlords here in the UK would never get that sort of money from a tenant, doesn’t matter the amount of damage or unpaid rent they have lost -
I think that Kevin is an idiot for leaving a mess for the landlord to clean up, just because he wasn’t renewing the lease on the flat and then leaving his cum for the hotel maid to clean up after him, he’s very immature

I didn’t find it depressing at all, we all have different thoughts about death. when my father died I was relieved that he had gone as he had Alzheimer’s and was a bit slow in getting around, it wasn’t him as I knew him as he was always an active man until the last 18 months of his life, he lived to 81, it’s his 93rd birthday today,
