Therese is a nightmare, why did she think that it was a good idea to dress the girls in Victorian style dresses to go to a kids birthday party, surely they would have been picked on for their dresses?

A nice end to Keith and Thomas’ story they have both come along way since the start of the book, they have had a few bumps along the way but seem to have gathered strength and love from each other, their little family and close friends . 🌈❤️

Don’t knock networking I do it every week, Yes I get up at 5:00am every Wednesday morning and go to BNI as a small business owner it’s been very good for my business as I get 98% of my business from it, I have been doing this for 12 years and really enjoy it and have made some really good friends through BNI and attending the social events and meeting new people is all part of it and if you own a business find your local chapter and if you are not locked out visit them, you never know who you will meet and they could be your dream contact

Everyone seems to have their alcohol coats on 😂 We were in Newcastle (UK) a few years ago on a Saturday night and both mother and daughter were out looking for a fellow for the evening, and some of them hardly had anything on in Winter, people up North are tough

Keith’s old man sounds exactly like mine, all I needed was a good woman and I would be happy, ugh, we had an argument about that comment and I said to him that he was hardly setting a good example of being with a good woman as he had left his 2nd wife and had another couple of lady friends by this time, he was also involved with Parents without Partners (PWP) where he met a few different women, he would date them for a while then move onto the next one, he lived with 3 different women later in life with Elaine being woman he was with the longest and that relationship only came to an end because he died. After his divorce from Edna, he was with an Enid, Marlene and Elaine he seemed to have a thing for women whose name starts with E. 😂

I love that they are cooking together it’s one of the things we love about our new kitchen we can sit and chat while the other one is cooking , and Waitrose recipe cards are brilliant and simple to use ( Waitrose is a British supermarket brand)

I used to work in retail but have since moved on to owning my own business. The weirdest thing a female customer said to me when I asked her how she was she said that she was not feeling to good because she was ovulating, I didn’t know what to say to that, thankfully she paid for her fuel and left.

Our room in the hotel we are staying in in Porto has a large mirror with a built in TV in it, I have never seen that before, but you have to keep the drapes closed during the day to see it properly, not that we have watched anything on TV since we have been here

I love how comfortable Chris is with getting into bed with Nate and not worry about his masculinity about being so close to a gay guy, he is just being a loving brother.

The guys in this story seem to be wise beyond their years and I found myself thinking that they are only 16 years old. I am looking forward to the next book in their lives
