    Chapter 2

Don’t worry, there’s lots more on the way And I think that most of your questions will be answered, at least, eventually.
  2. Usually, by which I mean almost always, I properly hate changing POV’s during a story, I find it annoying, distracting, lazy, and just UURRGGHH. But then someone comes along (thank you ) and deftly proves to me that this isn’t always the case.
  3. I definitely use both approaches, however, just because I start in one way doesn’t mean anything at all. I often find that something (often imagined to be shorter) pieces can become surprisingly complex so I step back from ‘let’s see where this goes’ and back-fill a plan, so that I can at least keep track of what’s happening. Conversely, sometimes no matter how much I think I’ve planned out what’s going to happen and when, the damn characters just seem to take over and so plans change, sometimes a lot.
  4. Hi I’ve had this problem for a couple of days now, but it’s unhelpfully intermittent. What it looks like is that pages don’t finish loading, for example, not all the text is visible, or links don’t work. This seems to be related to the fact that the ads don’t load on that page, but refreshing doesn’t help. Usually I just have to wait for a few minutes and try again, but it’s very annoying. I’m using iOS and Safari, no adblocking or anything weird, and this only seems to happen if I’m logged in. Any help appreciated. Sam

    Emergency Stop

Aaarrgghhh! Will one you you PLEASE do something!? I can’t stand this for another chapter! And no, I absolutely do not mean Jared. He’s clearly the wrong choice. Oh, I really hope I haven’t just imagined how this goes horribly wrong.

    Chapter 2

@ObicanDecko I hope that’s more fun that it sounds @Onim Yes, it’s amazing what we can talk ourselves out of sometimes. I was going to say something trite like ‘let’s hope Kay manages to carry on’ but then I remembered that I actually already know what happens @Benji I’ve always imagined that Jake was pretty relaxed about the whole thing, at least, far mor than Kay was. @deville I’m very happy that I’ve been able to elicit such feelings. Thanks for reading and please stay around for more.

    Chapter 2

I gues that’s kind of the idea - to get to know them And I definitely wanted Kay to have a good experience telling his family, too often it doesn’t go so smoothly for people.

    Chapter 2

I walked in to the coffee shop hoping that I didn't look as nervous as I was feeling. Nervous, as in, a degree of terror and dread that I have thankfully never experienced before. Compared to this, exams - easy, playing for the college team - easy. Agreeing to go on a date with a guy - borderline impossible. I checked my reflection in the door as I opened it, more as a way of delaying by another few seconds than for vanity purposes. There were a couple of regulars sat inside, but no-one really p
  17. This is why it should all be in Courier and with nothing ‘fancy’ at all
  18. Yes, I think this may be an iOS issue as the same thing happens in iPhone, but I find it very hard to read and broadly annoying too. To be fair, Myr’s android screenshot looks fine to me.
  19. Another awesome recommendation from CSR, thanks, again I’ve just posted a review, but the short version is easy. Go and read it, it’s good. Thanks @mitchelll, you done real good.
  20. Where to begin!? This is, above all else, intense. A love story, a drama, a romance, with all the familiar ingredients of betrayal, retribution, redemption and forgiveness. Jason and Shane and both highly likeable, and emotionally engaging characters, which play opposite a much wide assortment of people who I genuinely, truly, despise with a passion. The pace is borderline relentless, and I didn’t mind that for one minute. There’s such a lot packed in here, but it doesn’t feel crowded or forced. Whereas some stories feel like they are repeatedly hitting you over the head with things, Mitchell does a great job of keeping those waves just below the threshold of overwhelming. It’s easy to recommend this, the writing is good, the story is good, the characters are engaging... seriously, what are you waiting for? Stop reading this review and get in to it

    Kyle's Prologue

Well this looks like it should be fun! Can’t wait to see how it works out - both the story, and the collaboration
