If I touch a hair on one of the moms' heads you guys would track me down and annihilate me. Lol. I'm not going down that path! The poisoner will be addressed but not just yet. I had to think of something to explain the cat's name. Lol. Sometimes my brain comes up with the weirdest analogies. Brock is a smart guy. He's the type who doesn't jump into the pool without knowing how deep it is. Every single day we make thousands of decisions. You never know when one of those will be life-changing. That part of her I pulled from my dad. He didn't grab our ears, but one look was all it took and we fell in line. That's pretty much true for most of the kids I grew up with. I'm GenX and our parents' parenting techniques... well let's just say we didn't screw up too often. At least we didn't get caught. Our parents weren't known for their helicopter piloting skills. Feral generation indeed. Lol.

My friend was an absolute treasure and we all miss her. She was the type of person who could brighten the darkest day. If there is an afterlife then she's rolling on the floor finding out about my secret life as a writer on a gay site. She would be the first person to read everything and point out every snarky and funny line I've ever written. 💔

Yes, I'm up late. Insomnia sucks. Caleb's wolf can normally help him heal at a much faster rate. The poisoning is probably why it took longer for his neck wound to heal.
