I've been waiting for you to show up!
All great points which of course I'm not going to confirm or deny. However, Caleb may be mixing up cure and remedy:
CURE:
verb
1.
relieve (a person or animal) of the symptoms of a disease or condition.
REMEDY:
verb
set right (an undesirable situation).
Just sayin'. (Sorry @84Mags, your boy might be mistaken)
It's been fun having you along. Looking forward to more in book 3. We've been tossing around the idea of heading back home for a visit next September. I may get my foliage fix after all. Definitely hitting the Big E when we're there. It's been 25 years since I've been and I'm sure the only things that have changed are the acts on the big stage. We saw the Doobie Brothers last time I was there. Lol.
Still a lot to cover. Gotta get cracking soon.
Thanks for stepping up to the plate and rallying the troops. If even half of the 100 or so readers who are following this story hit recommend, we can scare the shit out of @Mrsgnomie.
Let's go Krew!!!
You are so right not to trust me. *Cue evil grin*.
I absolutely love messing with all y'all's heads.
Don't forget to recommend! (Where the hell is my cheerleader @raven1?)
I had to leave something hanging in order for there to bee a book 3.
Thanks for being patient. Make sure you recommend. We're not even close to making Gnomie sweat.
I mentioned Caleb's possible redemption all because of you. @Mrsgnomie had no bearing on it.
There are still plenty if loose ends, but I did my best to wrap up what I could. I had to leave some things hanging in the breeze!
Hopefully book 3 will live up to everyone's expectations.
Thanks Howzat! It's been a whirlwind of a ride. This story was written, edited and posted in the span of 8 months. It flew by. Hopefully book 3 won't take too long to write. All chapters will be written in at least rough draft form before I start posting, so we'll see.
I'll wear the title of bitch proudly. 😉
I had to pack a lot into this chapter, not to mention get it written in the span of three days(while working and having limited time at home to write. I need a quiet house and my husband is home during the week as he works 10 hour shifts F-M. Weeknights are not conducive to writing). So I was in a bit of panic mode, not knowing if I could pull it off. Thankfully my team came thru and got the editing done in record time!
My laurels will get moving soon enough.
Thanks for reading and commenting along the way! Go recommend. Make Gnomie start biting her nails.
