You're not wrong. If you were parked in the boonies of the parking lot then shame on him. I still would've called the police, gotten a report and then taken the truck to get it checked. When I was 16 and had had my permit for 10 days I got rear-ended. The guy took off. Cocky 16 year old me took off after him. (Mom and my BFF were in the car with me). Long story short, the guy stopped, mom goes to find a pay phone (1984 peeps) the guy threatens to take off, I tell him I'd like to see him try. (BFF is mortified, horrified and terrified). Police (and Dad) show up. Guy was drunk, had a warrant and we had $1500 worth of undercarriage damage) His insurance had to cover the damage. Some people are just idiots.

Huntington didn't need to flush out Sebastian. It's not a secret that he's in Montana. He got to Kaya because he could. The gray sedan was the bad guys car.... they were sooooo close to nabbing him! The entire Montana pack is already on high alert and will remain so for the foreseeable future.

Why are you making my life complicated????? Never did I say Huntington was the one who took Kaya. This is what was said; Besides tall, brown hair, poopy brown eyes, not fat, and smelled like onions, the six-year-old hadn’t added any additional details. It could’ve been anyone. Most likely, he was one of Huntington’s strikers. Another reader pointed out to me in a pm that Huntington's description was blond with tawny eyes and a feral look. It's in the little details. 😁

Agreeing with her only inflates her head to the point of no return. One of these days the headlines will report a massive explosion in the PNW. We'll all know the cause. Huntington is pretty damn savvy and a hellalot sneaky. Sebastian's going to have to be on his toes.

At this point in the game time restraints are killing me. The conversation about the mates I'm sure was an eye-opener. I had to be choosy about what details to cover. Sandi, Becca and Mama will hash out any differences in the kitchen. Lol! No doubt Sebastian’s gang will be a united front.

Once you wade past the hooligans there are several astute observations which have been made. I mentioned in another response that I did address the revelation of Elijah’s shapeshifter abilities to Mama and Papi but missed it in the rewrite. I'll address it in the next chapter. Kage's reach from beyond is limited. We'll just have to wait and see.

This was Elijah and Ashton's chapter. Tyler and Austin get their turn next. Ashton wasn't being selfish. He was being a typical asshole to his brother. I'm sure Austin has done the same. Sibling rivalry at it's finest. Lol. It's early fall. The kids will be home schooled with the rest of the shifter kids. I'm sure they'll pay attention. What is it with the laptop obsession?
