Yes, I'm up late. Insomnia sucks. Caleb's wolf can normally help him heal at a much faster rate. The poisoning is probably why it took longer for his neck wound to heal.

Caleb pissed off his wolf. That by itself is bad, but if Caleb has been affected by the poison, then on some level we have to assume the wolf has been affected too. It may be why he's so recalcitrant.

The poisoning doesn't go back that far. Vann is 13 or 14 which means Caleb would've been off his oats as Asa (and @Kitt) would say for that long. No way he could have run a pack of 600 for that long. No. It had to have started shortly before Vann’s kidnapping. Alberts wanted him pliant and willing to cave under pressure. Caleb giving up Vann was him being scared of the responsibility. He honestly didn't feel like he could give both the pack and Vann the attention they each needed.

You've got a lot to say Kitt. Lol Nothing is ever easy. Especially with my plots. Trust is pivotal at this point. It's a make it or break it issue. Why am I now just realizing I have to figure out who poisoned Caleb? Yinz are bonkers. Asa has no clue what's going to happen. He could draw too much energy and go supernova for all we know. Y'all pay attention too much. 24 hours isn't enough time for Asa to decide to save the world? Did someone say ideas?
