Insurance companies have pulled out of this state faster than an 16 year old trying not to get his girlfriend pregnant. The realtors trying to sell homes have lost deals because the potential buyers couldn't find anyone to insure the home. It's horrible.
Funny thing... we really don't know a whole helluva lot about Corbin and what types of things he values. In the previous story, all he mentioned was that he rescued the twins, hauled ass across the country and had his stuff packed and shipped. So whatever he lost may or may not have really mattered.
Just a little nit picky? Lol. I can't spend too much time on the logistics of an investigation. The story needs to move forward so some things have to give. Giles can't just turn a human into a shifter. In my world it can only be done through a mating bond.
