I'm not a fan of canned supplements. I usually have packets of Carnation Instant Breakfast around, but I don't keep any at work. As soon as we got home hubs made me drink some electrolyte water and that helped. Then I did have dinner and felt OK after. When I woke up today I felt a lot better and no pain in the knees or hip. Still not quite 100% but getting there. Yeah... I can't stand the chemical-ish taste canned supplements have. I'd rather make my own with the powder mix. Thanks! I'm getting there. Enjoy the rest of the weekend everyone!

I had to throw some sexy time in somewhere. The boys are going to be busy the next few weeks. They are taking a risk that Huntington will discover what they're doing and where they are, but it's a risk they're willing to take. Ah.. the poisoner. Chances are high that he or she is dead, but one never can be too sure. As for the pups in Germany...... you know I'm not going to say anything about it. Although I do think Caleb needs to fix his relationship with Vann before expanding his family.

Shots went OK. It's always uncomfortable getting them and I felt super light-headed because I hadn't eaten all day (no appetite because I still feel crappy). It takes a day or so for the steroids to really kick in but when they do, it lasts for several months. Luckily my rabies shot is up to date. 😆 I'm glad you're doing well. I'm proud of you. Hope everyone has a good weekend!

Job stress is one of the worst contributors to a host of all sorts of negative things. It's wonderful that you have this chance to not have to deal with it. I get the guilt though. With both maternity leaves I had, I still found myself feeling unsettled. The fact that you're sleeping better and feel better overall is awesome. My week is hectic. So much stuff going on and all of it stressful. On top of it, I feel horrible and both knees and the hip have decided to join the "Let's make K even more miserable this week." At least I have an appointment for shots on Friday. Hubby has his MRI tomorrow but we won't see his neuro-opthalmologist until the end of the month. Have a good week!

I hate to disappoint everyone but work life is once again getting in the way of being able to post. Tomorrow is a no-go. Too much stuff to do for a resident meeting tomorrow night. I'll shoot for Thursday. I feel like absolute crap. This is not a good week to get sick. Ugh.

Unfortunately, these situations are way too common. Child abusers either deny, deny, deny, or they do exactly what Lacy did-- apologize out the wahzoo and then do the same shit over and over. No child should have to live with either reality. As for the abusers.... I don't care what the excuse, they need to be locked up for life. If they need mental health care, they can get it in prison. Sore subject for me. Hopping off the soapbox now. I do think Dylan should get full custody, but in the real world it's not always that cut and dry. He also needs a good man. Obviously not Mr. Tim. -
I'm waiting on @Mrsgnomie. We've both been super busy.
