Some of these will be answered in the two remaining chapters. Some you won't, unfortunately. I am, however, doing a spin off with Rob Stone, and it has to do with this subject. JL won't be a part of it except maybe in passing, but much will be uncovered in that story, more than I can detail in this epilogue.

100%. Loren has kids now. The reality of what this means hit at a new level for sure. It's personal. He's always demanded these public platform should be used for good.

I think that's the most terrifying part of it all. Had things not gotten mixed up and had Loren been taken as planned, his future would have been grim at best because there was still so much mis-firing with the processes and communications regarding child abductions. Loren wouldn't have had parents to advocate for him. He would have floated down the river without a care. His only hope would have been someone in law enforcement and that is hit or miss, especially without a family to keep the wheel rolling.

Some people are un-unexplainable. *Insert Loren and Lars' parents* I believe for all the bad that happens, there is more good. I think Loren and Jay will prove that to be true. When Loren sets his mind to something...watch out. I can only imagine what he'll accomplish.

Does Loren need to protect himself or does he need to protect others? Yes, his future could have been absolutely insane but it wasn't his reality. He was abandoned. I think that's why he's jumping into doing what he can for others, because there are who knows how many kids who actually need to be saved from this kind of atrocity. I'm sure finding out it could have been him was a bucket of ice water. No doubt.

I’m pretty much a basic bitch and this is outside my normal genre but I’m glad I read it. My favorite part of this story is how each chapter delves into an array of people and yet, as different as every situation is, they all get what they did. Both authors did a great job of brining these stories to life. They touch some sensitive subjects with tact and realness, but no judgement.
