A gorgeous, well-written tale of loss, grief, vengeance, love, sacrifice and redemption. In Fairyfly, no passage goes without meaning and every character is beautifully developed and multifaceted. Esthor and Rulf especially evolve in their budding relationship in the most gorgeous way, and I strongly recommend this story. Fun, sweet, full of action and tearjerking at times.

Ellis Alae "Did you sleep well?" Whatever her name was asked him as he opened his eyes and stretched, yawning in his bed. She teased his nipples with her nails and smiled at him. A gorgeous woman. Older than him, but oh so experienced. "Better than I have in weeks," Ellis admitted to her, putting his arm back around her and cuddling her close to his naked body. "I must admit, you do know how to relax a man." "And you know how to tip so generously," she bit his ear. "Do you need one m

Friday, March 8th Friday night's KADA show was easily the highlight of the week! If Ezra were forced to miss it due to being stuck in the hospital when he was in a particularly bad way, Jakub Luczynski would tape it and bring it in the next day. Now that Ezra was avoiding his mother and the apartment, he was seeing a lot more of the friends he'd been neglecting since graduation. Remarkable how quickly they vanish! Mickey wasn't in a rush to go anywhere, though. He was a southern hick to the

Prologue - The Fall of Alaeyas
AusGlitterati commented on AusGlitterati's story chapter in Prologue - The Fall of Alaeyas
Thank you very much! Thanks friend! ❤️ Haha good news! Thanks for giving me a chance! -
I haven't done one of these before. I'm quite shy about asking people to read my stuff! So this is my first attempt at writing something light-hearted and E-rated, and also my first dip into the mystery genre. I'd like to try my hand at the mystery genre some more, but I'd also like some feedback first so if you're interested, please give it a whirl! Fairly innocent. Minimal conflict. No swears, no sex, no violence, no offensive language.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I've always wanted to dabble in the mystery genre and figured this short story was a good way to dip my toe in that water! I'm so glad you liked the mystery, the clues and the ending! It's always my pleasure to write, and it gives me so much joy when people enjoy reading! ❤️ Oooh I'm glad! This is my first attempt at many things, including a lack of bonafide conflict and a moustache twirling villain. I'm happy it worked! It is implied a couple of times that there's a fear of being publicly gay in Oakfield's boarding house, but that's fairly typical of teenagers in most schools. But yes! The boys all have a key thing in common that forges a particularly strong bond. None of Elijah's friends would cut him off (or Tiger!) for being gay. They're family! Haha that was a fun mini-arc to write! He begins as a "straight boy" more interested in academics than romance but every new note nudges him further in the other direction without him realising it. "The Glittering One!" Haha! You got a lot of them! I was wondering if Elijah's origins would remain a mystery. Christian Li is Chinese, but he's fairly minor. I do love me some representation! Especially as an immigrant myself. Haha this is truth! A large part of this is my limitations as an author. I'm fairly tone deaf and that extends to poetry, I fear! So I relied on the importance of the codes to coast through that. Perhaps I could have done better with them! You'd be surprised! I had a ton of fun writing this story and I wouldn't be surprised if I returned to Oakfield! I fell in love with the guys very quickly and I'm keen to write more mysteries! Thank you very much for providing a whole lot of feedback! It makes my day. Not enough people do the former, I think! Sure, "what" is a very interesting conversational topic, but the more delicious questions are "how" and "why!" Huge thanks for your input! ❤️ While this was intended to be a stand-alone, there's every possibility Oakfield will return.
-
SQUEEEE thank you! I don't think I'm any good at poetry at all! That "subtle" self-flagellation with Elijah commenting how awkwardly the poetry reads. I'm glad you liked the characters! I've never been comfortable writing so little backstory before!

Thank you very much! Ooh I'm so glad! I was petrified of posting this one XD thank you very much! ❤️

Firstly, I know this is taboo. I have fallen so hard for you. Very scary, but it is true, Even a boy can love you too. Love, Admirer X What kind of love note is this? It's not even a good poem, Elijah thought with a goofy smile on his face. It's strange to read. It feels forced and awkward. It very much doesn't feel like someone's putting their heart into it. Still, whoever wrote this did their homework, at least. Elijah had a lot of love for both poetry and mysteries! And this was f

At an all boys' boarding school, closeted Elijah finds on his bed a strange love note. A small poem. It's not a very good poem, but apparently another boarder at the school is in love with him! On the other side of the paper is an amazingly detailed sketch of the four of them - Elijah and his friends Reggie, Tiger and Owen. When a second poem and sketch sets a recurring precedent, Elijah enlists the help of his friends as he becomes increasingly obsessed with finding whoever is leaving him these cryptic, artistic symbols of love.

Larissa Willow The moment she felt Jeannie's small, grey paw patting at her face, Larissa's eyes shot open. Jeannie mewed gently and turned her colossal green eyes, little moons in her face, to the left. Larissa heard what the cat had seen or heard. It was not the gentle wind that breezed through the plains and fields. Something or someone made that noise. She knew it. Quietly, she nudged Peeta awake, and the rhino's great black eye looked at her. Keep an eye on things here. I hear someo

Soren Alae It was not as though his prison was an uncomfortable one. At the top of the prison tower in the Eodaniran palace, the rooms were designed for nobles. Maybe the King of Alaeyas was not imagined to ever spend a sojourn in there, but Soren was far from tortured and starving. He had a big feathered bed for himself, with many rugs and pillows. There were many windows, although fine metal grates interrupted his view of the beautiful capital and even the Eodaniran countryside if th

Cita Zyria There was nothing but grey clouds in the sky as far as Cita could see from the Palace window. How fitting, she thought. With what is transpiring down there, it was a miracle the Heavens were not weeping. She watched as Armyn alone treated with five of the rebel leaders. Three of them were from the formerly prestigious Liore family - the matriarch, Sienne and her two eldest children, her son Maury and her daughter Felise. They rode atop their mighty arachnids, horrible eight-legged

Zeke "Orion!" Zeke whispered into his lover's ear, but Orion's gentle snores did not cease. He shook the boy gently, but Orion slept like a rock. "Come on! If you're late, I'll be the one who gets in trouble!" "Mmmm..." Orion seemed to stir, but he rolled to his side and continued to snore. Zeke sighed. He had already bathed and dressed in some close-fitting satin shorts and a pretty silver necklace - his uniform when the Royal Family was to have noble visitors. He rarely, if ever, w

All truth! Sarah probably liked her odds - with her husband having a lot more experience in the craft than Ezra. It was still a stupid thing to do. She has tunnel vision. Thanks for reading! ❤️

Lovely! There's a bit of truth in all that. Sarah and Glennys are both pretty awful, but Beau's bitchiness stems more from concern that he will lose Ezra to wrestling one way or the other. Maybe the talk will go better next time? Or not! Jack loves the craft in a very similar way to our boy. Sarah measures it in success and accolades. Hahahaha Eamonn likely has things under control. He who controls the WiFi controls the household!

Friday, March 1st "You're not going anywhere," Glennys, now able to walk without aid but seemingly only when it was convenient for her, had actually hidden her son's car keys to keep him from getting to Minneapolis. Ezra had a match at MCW the next night, but he and Eamonn were going to spend the whole weekend there. "I've indulged this ridiculous idea for far too long. If you want to go to the high school and put on a show once in a while, then that's your prerogative, but I will not watch

Hahaha that dark, dry wit? I'm glad! I enjoy that type of humour too. Sean is an example of adversity testing character - not creating it. Where Diego, Ezra and Lance learned and grew from their trials and challenges, Sean's poor handling of things especially when it gets rough leaves a lot to be desired and puts a spotlight on his flaws. Especially after Ollie gives him decent advice and he uses it to justify his bitterness. Thanks for the comment! ❤️ Much appreciated! 😧 😁 It has been driving him crazy for an entire year! Now he'll probably sleep a lot better. Haha You know I've been writing Sean for a long time without ever being able to put a word to what his main problem is and now the two of you have finally given me one that works!! Immature is a terrific way to sum him up. He lacks personal responsibility and has minimal awareness of the consequences of his actions. While not everything has been his fault, he has a lot of growing to do. Minor spoiler perhaps, but I don't intend to repeat storylines! Cheating Sean/heartbroken Ollie is so 2018. 😜 Eamonn's a good noodle! Beau is misdirecting his fears and worries, and Glennys has always been ergh. Haha Thank you very very much! I hope the story doesn't fall flat any time soon!

Valentine's Day - Thursday, 14th February Diego Silva "Goodbye, little honey bunny!" Lance knelt and kissed Jilly on the cheek, and she laughed. She'd grown so fond of Lance so quickly - it was remarkable! "I'll see you in a few weeks, okay?" "I still can't believe you've gone gay on me," Zoey whispered to him, her brown eyes surveying the scene. "Was I so much of a bitch that I turned you off women?" "I'm not gay. I still like women just fine," Diego replied to her, Julian in o

Yay I'm glad Eamonn's a big example of actions speaking louder than words. He's a treasure! Haha thank you so so much! ❤️ high praise! Wrestling is certainly an acquired taste not for everyone! Yeah Eamonn's the only one who really 110% supports Ezra in his wrestling dream. Everyone else is too worried about him.

Friday, February 1st "That's right, everyone! I beat Jimmy Vause twice!" Ezra gloated to the camera, but Eamonn's exasperated sigh distracted him. "I'm not in the business, Ez, so don't take my word as gospel but I'm pretty sure she wants you to cut original promos," Eamonn told him dryly with a deadpan voice. "Are you going to stand on stage and repeat what the beefcakes said a few months ago word for word?" "Oh! Blast!" Ezra went pink as he realised he'd lost sight of what he was s
