Michael Smith & The Black Cat
Black Paper commented on Black Paper's story chapter in Michael Smith & The Black Cat
That’s exactly the point- My readers struggle to understand Billy just as much as his schoolmates and others do. It’ll be fun being back on Imagine. Time passed? I don’t know what you’re talking about… I’m getting younger by the day. I eat an apple a day🍎 HAHAHHAAAA! -

Chapter 17: ~Micheal Smith & The Black Cat~ The thought of Sascha being in love with Jesse Bradford haunted my every footstep the entire Uber ride home from me visiting Sascha Konovski’s house for the very first time. It was a comedy… I mean, right? Sascha LOVED JESSE?!!! He loved the kid that brutally beat me, hurts others, & tortures me for a living more than a full time job could ever reward him for? “WHAHH?!” I blurted out “Why?” in my sharp southern

Not only are you reading his work for free and not paying a dime. But, people forget that creative writing can't be forced. The author has to clear their mind, imagine, and allow the work to flow like a river through their mind and through their arms onto their hands and onto paper. But that's the key word, Imagine. Imagination is the first step to creation no matter what you're trying to do. Those with no imagination simply aren't creators period. It's one thing to have an idea for a story. Anyone can do that. It's another to actually build and create the story from scratch word for word. Many don't and can't because they lack persistence and patience to do the actual work. Instead of being angry and selfish, readers could and should educate themselves on creative writing flow. You are literally reading freebies and yet have the nerve to act as though you're entitled to an imaginary refund. Well allow Me to inform you- You're not entitled to literally anything and Com owes nothing to you or anyone. On the contrary, you should show and owe Com and ALL of the authors on Gay Authors your appreciation & gratitude for taking their own personal time & posting stories for you & others to read. Period🔥

Chapter 36 - The Walls Between Us All
Black Paper commented on Comicality's story chapter in Chapter 36 - The Walls Between Us All
Clap Clap. Yes. The foreshadowing you implemented from way in the beginning of the plot was well baked. The realization of Tristan looking in his own Mirror Mirror on the wall and realizing that he became Scotty's own Jason fix is an incredible moral and something that many can relate to and learn from. More importantly, what he does with that knowledge and what others do with that knowledge if they find themselves in situations like this is what defines them. Love it. -
Chapter 36 - The Walls Between Us All
Black Paper commented on Comicality's story chapter in Chapter 36 - The Walls Between Us All
Being that Scotty Lynch is my absolute fav character, I'll ignore the comment above me. What I will say is this-- this chapter and story are up for interpretation and perspective views on Scotty and Tristan's relationship. In my eyes, it's obvious Tristan realizes he hasn't treated Scotty with the utmost respect in the past, especially through monologue. In fact, that's WHY he brought him to meet Artie in the first place- because, Tristan felt if Scotty found out he and Jesse were together, he would potentially crush his little heart. Remember, Tristan is a young teenager. Obviously, this might not be the best decision, but, his and Jesse's intentions are good. Also, others might be wondering why Scotty is behaving out of character. In the past, he has obviously not backed down on showing someone that he has affections or that he cares about them, aka. Tristan. He might not be acting that way with Artie, at the moment, because he also just basically got his heart broken, potentially damaging his self confidence and loving/bubbly personality that we've all come to love. 📜🕯️I love that this story doesn't just focus on one pairing, but, two. These four friends are like the four elements which make up the story's alchemy- they're the Fire, Water, Earth, & Air which bring Life to it's composition & plot. Having two pairings like this in a story is rare, especially that the main pairing is helping the secondary one in such an engaging and loving manner and I'm obviously not the only one who thinks that. -
Thank you so much. So glad you enjoy the story so far. Your feedback always brings joy to my heart! 😌🌜✨

How Do You Like Them Apples
Black Paper commented on Black Paper's story chapter in How Do You Like Them Apples
Thank you so much. I truly appreciate that you enjoy the story & the plot. And, yes, it has an ending which is about 30-40% away from this chapter. And, I knew what it would be before I even wrote chapter 1. -
The Phoenix II It has an Inferno tail. It will ultimately succeed. And, never fail. It is neither female, nor, male. That was always its tale. It is both. That is why it has eternal growth. It has never ending flames. It never looses games. It has fire for wings. If you touch them, it stings. You can barely even look at it, Because, it is always lit. It is like a light. It is so right. It is inside of you if you believe it is alright. If you grant it p

The Phoenix The Bird that always dies. The Bird that always flies. Many view it turn into ashes even if they are distant. And, see it come back together in an instant. "He" has wings of fire. Some think "She" is only desire. But, what the Phoenix truly is, Is truly HIS. It is ultimate power at every hour. All darkness, it will devour. It has not even a single feather, yet, always flies. Just like the storm's weather, It rules the skies. It is never foolish &

Pain You have the ability to turn pain into power. Do not let it fool you. Do not let it rule you. Use it to fuel you. From the ashes of failure stem the roots of success. From lost games, can burn new flames. Forget all shames. They can be hotter and stronger and longer then ever. Yes. They can truly burn on forever. Enough crying. Tears are caused by pain, joy, or fears. Wipe them away. Today is a new day. That already is power, But, only if you use it, can you

Sascha has been hopelessly in love with Jesse since he first met him when they were about I'd say 9 years old or 10. And it's hopeless because Jesse's straight. So what's the only thing Sascha can do? Become his best friend. Psychologically, it makes sense. That's as close as he can possibly get to being with him. However, as Jesse became older, he also changed into something that became something that Sascha is slowly starting to realize is not what he wants much to do with. But his heart still clings to him, for now, anyway. I'm sure we can all relate to being in love with someone that we know that we probably shouldn't be and the feelings and friendship that he has with Jesse are very unhealthy. You're right that things were simpler in Georgia. But, perhaps Billy was meant to go there and help people he meets, one of them being Sascha in order to help with this identity crisis and dilemmas. Thank you @Philippe💫

Chapter 16: ~Runway Runaway~ Sitting in the lunchroom cafeteria, the following Monday, directly after Halloween, was a serious case of me being quiet. Everyone around me at my table felt it. I'm sorry. But, I couldn't help it. After everything that happened at my house the previous night, sitting next to Liam, glancing over at Sascha who took peeks at me, and feeling Antonio's identical quiet energy made everyone wonder what was on my mind, including him. Jessica.... the girl th

Thank you so much! Well, now that Liam learned the truth of how Sascha never really betrayed him... Hormones kicked in. And what can we say, sometimes animal instincts kick in.🐾
-
Not a three-way relationship. Just a three-way experience. Liam & Sasha have some 'history' not boyfriends. No "Full on" history either. Thank you page S💖

Thank you very much🥂 I'll just give everyone, including you especially, a little spoiler. Liam & Sascha, before Liam believed he betrayed him, used to be somewhat, more than friends: kiss here & there, hold hands etc. Not boyfriends, really. Just that special & unusual category we can all say we've been in... As for Sascha's Father you'll meet him in the next chapter, actually. No, not a mafia man. But, definitely a man of "Black Paper" persona, if you know what I mean.🍷🎩📜

Chapter 15: ~The Deadly Medley~ A few minutes after we settled on a movie to watch, particularly, Donny & I who chose it, I heard my Momma. *Thunk Thunk Thunk* Hearing her footsteps go from the first floor to the basement, where we all were, for some reason, gave me anxiety. Actually, there were many reasons. She appeared with a warm grin and a tray full of 4 glasses, filled with homemade lemonade, and a giant silver colored bowl full of popcorn. "H

Thank you! Yep this Chapter is mainly a precursor to the following two. To sense the feelings of tension. Some Foreshadowing as well. People tend to only write chapter reviews as I suppose they barely even notice story reviews are even available. Which I do not mind. Once again, thank you.🌟

It also hinted Sascha's home life a little. Which I'll touch on later. Your feedback always brings me inspiration. Thank you.🌴

Chapter 14: ~3 Musketeers~ So, it was all set. As Donny, Sascha, Liam, & I were heading to Dairy Queen after our Trick Or Treating session for our ice creams, I couldn't say the awkward silence was THAT bad; it could have been worse. What was more interesting to me than anything else, were the empty glances that I was able to catch of Sascha looking at Liam as we walked during the night. The looks he gave him, when he thought no one was looking, seemed like he both had alot

Motivation and Feedback - Authors, Choose Best Answers
Black Paper replied to Myr's topic in Writer's Circle
The reality is, all authors and artists only want one true thing: we all strive for someone to feel something from something we've created. And the validation that we receive from feedback via comments and/or reactions gives us the validation that someone has received something from something we've created. All stories have pieces of us authors, hidden, inside of them whether it's certain characters, certain scenes, etc. And by having others love those characters and scenes, they are secretly loving us, because, we are in them. If certain people do not like the thumbs up reaction, I simply recommend that the like reaction be removed and be replaced with the love reaction and have the love reaction be the new like reaction just like Instagram and other social media platforms use the heart as the only like reaction icon platform for that very same reason. Thank you. Black Paper🌙 -
Chapter 35 - Chance Encounters II
Black Paper commented on Comicality's story chapter in Chapter 35 - Chance Encounters II
Most of those are one shots to which case it's acceptable. As a writer, poet, and author, myself, I'm simply stating my personal literary opinion. Stay safe. Stay loving. God bless. I understand your viewpoint. Everyone's different. Everyone's hearts are different. Everyone's desires are different. And, how we respect one another ultimately defines us as people.🌟 -
Chapter 35 - Chance Encounters II
Black Paper commented on Comicality's story chapter in Chapter 35 - Chance Encounters II
I'm going to have to formally disagree with you. Scotty Lynch has been introduced from the very beginning as a main character of the story for an important reason. And the reality is, I suppose you could say, it was Tristan's destiny to find someone for him. I believe the main characters of this story are not just Jesse and Tristan. That would very quickly become boring and useless as a story plot. That wouldn't be much of a story at all. I believe it's Jesse, Tristan, Scotty Lynch, and Artie. The foundation of a good story and a plot is at least four or more main characters in it otherwise the story becomes stale. Unless it's a one shot, which in this case, it's not.
