What's even funnier is I actually don't like apple pie at all. My favorite pie is absolutely pecan pie as well. Second place would definitely be key lime which is a true Southern specialty. 🍹

The cat that was actually dead is a different one from MeeMee as was established in the final phone call between Billy's father and their grandmother. and right after he had that dream the real Mee-Mee somehow, shows up at their new house which is virtually impossible for a cat of that size to appear in that house on her own. the entire thing is a mystery and the reality is, these were technically dreams. So Billy and the readers can say it's all in Billy's mind but everything that has been said to him in those two dreams has come true. This proves further evidence that those weren't dreams but were in fact actual encounters. The physical cat of MeeMee is the actual spiritual being of the storm and she hides in that body and chooses to be Billy's friend for a reason in this lifetime. The dream he had in this chapter was the last one he will ever have of this nature. I'm glad you enjoy the story thank you.
