It looks like Jubal's luck is still going strong at this point, let's hope it stays that way 🤞. I like and understand Lucas thought's of their 'spoils' but I also understand Jubal having different thoughts, he wants what was his not what was someone else's. Speaking of which, the other items found on the horse, especially the bracelet and shawl, could be useful in proving their story when they meet the sheriff, it is likely that they were stolen from another victim/victims. If the items can be identified as stolen by said victim/victims then it helps to prove their case that the dead men were thieves and brought their fate on themselves. I'm hoping that the sheriff will also see things the same as Lucas and allow Jubal to keep some of the property or the extra horse as compensation, it would be fair. If these men were wanted for other crimes there may even be a reward for their capture, we can always hope, but I guess we will find out when they reach Bearpaw and meet the sheriff.
