  1. That's like a polar bear hinting that it'd like to have a seal over for dinner.
  2. Yep, dried mango/pineapple were my fruits used, and I used walnuts and pecans in place of the nuts the recipe had. IT WAS SO GOOD.
  3. Silverwolf had a three-way, and then a fourgy. That story really broke my rules for when to use sex - there were essentially no rules except make it steamy and retain a plot. Fleeting Eternity had a few loving three-way scenes. Yet, the tone between those two stories could not have been more different. It's rare that I write scenes with more than two sexual participants. Frankly, it's work! You have to spend more time, and you have to evaluate if your reader will be interested enough in the sex to stick around, rather than skip ahead. So ... when you do it, either fade to black or make it smoking hot.
  4. Thanks for putting up with my crazy. I know it has to be weird bouncing around, but ... yeah, that's how my brain works!
  5. tim and I started out to write something totally goofy. Yet ... little threads of seriousness began to wind their way through it. Ike and Frank, really they have a deep love for one another. Frank feels like he's giving Ike up to allow him room to love Devin. It doesn't have to make a lot of sense for it to be true in the emotional world, and it really is how he feels. But, if it means Ike will be happy, then Frank will smile, pat him on the back, and give his blessing ... all while breaking a little inside. Thank you, Mike. I'm really happy you can see and feel all of it, not just the funny bits.
  6. Haha. Good! I'm glad you enjoy the story, rick. Next week is a pretty big chapter ... so hang on to your hat! Thanks, rick!
  7. Maybe a little, or a lot, of both, droughtquake. Regardless, Jason's no longer in a relationship. Or ... is he? SNET teamed up with Gareth and Jason don't seem to have any issue drumming up publicity. Let's find out what's next for all of them, shall we? 😄 Thanks for the comments!
  8. Yep, a new cure! Or, at least reassurance that it won't spread across oceans to infect the entire planet. 🙂 Frank is hurting. He's losing something with Ike, and anytime that happens - even if it's not right, it hurts. Thanks for the great comments, Parker!
  9. When tim wrote this I laughed so hard. I took my pass through it, and I just left it. Usually we tinker on stuff the other writes, but no. Not this time. Sometimes you just leave the genius that is on the page alone. Glad you enjoyed it, Mike. 🙂
  10. Hehehe! Do you feel like you've been left teetering on the cliff along with our readers, tim? How could we leave it this way?! Bastard writers!
  11. So much is going on, with so many plots, goofiness, and potential pain. Stay tuned to find out if you're right about Terrence and Gail! See you next week, chris!
  12. Frank and Ben jogged through the underground parking to the elevator. They held hands as they ran to the bank of elevators. "Is the traffic getting worse?" Ben pushed the up button. "Yes, the drive is taking longer. I wish we could work from home sometimes. We’re nearly late this morning." Frank released Ben’s hand. "I hope Jessie picked up breakfast." Ben snickered. "The morning mystery meal." "Ooooh, aren’t we alliterative this morning!" Frank chuckled and Ben joined in.
  13. Thank you. We did have a nice time. And ... our kisses were a highlight, not a trial for the other patrons. 🙂
  14. I will when I can. Last night I could. 🙂 Thanks, rick.
  15. Thanks, chris. 🙂
  16. Thank you, Brayon. I appreciate the nice words.
  17. Thank you, tim. 🙂 He's a sweet husband ... so, that makes it easy.
  18. Thank you. I feel the same way. We got a few reactions, and I'm glad that they were good ones. But, if they were not I was ready for that. He's worth standing up for.
  19. Wine makes him drunk enough, and he forgets his fear. Smiling man that I love, drawing, pulling me near. Insistent is my love, laughing in silly bliss. Unmoved by watching eyes, we share a wine-fueled kiss.
  20. I think Mike should lead us off with that topic, since I got a stern talking to from him for buying canned beans.

    I didn't say I was in that camp. 😉

You're exactly right ... it was a dam bursting - for both of them. Troy was sorely tempted to have sex with Grant when they were both drunk, but he resisted. And it's very good that he did. That would have been an entirely different awakening, and Grant would not have held things together at all. But ... when sober, and when Grant was willing? Well, even Troy has his limits. Yes ... as gay sex goes, they're taking things slow, even now. Some don't consider what they did as "real" sex at all. Regardless, they've connected in a way they never have before. And that's going to mean something.

Hahaha. Awesome. I'm glad you enjoyed it. We'll have to see if Troy continues to hear "John" or not. Maybe his mind is finally allowing him to let go, helped along by the strengthening connection to Grant. And that Journal. What will happen with that, and with Brian's knowledge? Time will tell. 🙂
