    My Lucky Day

I will never get tired of Harley. Such a bundle of hyperactive joy... unless Kenton is involved. I suspect those two have a history. I was concerned with his line when his dad always told him to "shut up." Parental problem? Totes agree with CJ how he handled the Autumn situation, both refusing to reveal his sexual orientation and making amends. Lets hope she doesn't go on a warpath when she finds out CJ's the other liason.
  2. Chip proves to be a further disappointment, the crooked cops are done for (for now, I'm suspecting something...), and Tom's healing. The funeral was absolutely spot-on, Carlos.

    For You

Finally! A good news-filled chapter. I was starting to run out of cigarettes. Excellent writing as always, Carlos!!
  4. I was a little concerned for CJ heading off with Hayden, but the kiddo needed to blow off some steam. Regardless, onward to the next chapter!

    Human Touch

I'm numb. This story feels like a never ending roller coaster. I can't stop reading...
  6. Carlos, you're gonna make me smoke the last of my pack with this story...
  7. I don't know what kind of coke you put in this chapter, Carlos, but I'm riding on a high. Now my coworker is starting "Summer."
  8. After finishing the last chapter, I'm left in a state of flabberghastation (if it's not a word, I don't care. It exists now). What a ride! "Summer" is the newest additions to my personal "must read on GA" list.
  9. I just screamed at work. Had to go smoke a cigarette. Jesus F---ing Christ, Mother Mary, Joseph, and the f---ing donkey. I'm taking notes, then zooming into the next installment. Good thing I work at a liquor store because I need a shot.
  10. I laughed way too hard at this. *** Such a unique view of a wedding, seeing all of the inner thoughts. Definitely a moving scene. Excellent work, Big Daddy Carlos!
  11. CJ's having a great time with his internship, and was offered to come back next summer for another. I'm excited to see how his political career explodes from here (knowing what I know...).
  12. I smiled wickedly the moment Spencer's mouth started to run. Love Dragon's verbal lashing but I would've squealed if he dangled the dink over the boat by the ankles.

    It's A Shame

That opening chapter scene... What a great way to start my morning. However, I'm concerned for Doc. He's very controlled, so I relate with him. At some point, he needs to take off the protective vest and grieve for his lost relationship.

    Crush on You

Jesus. I'm not even one book in and you're throwing crossovers at me.

    Crush on You

I'm shaking my head. I should've known there would be no subtlety with Chip's scandalous cheating or Carlos's writing. It's always sad to see a wonderful relation crumble. CJ, you're a smart cookie. For both diffusing Sean's guilt by association and sending César after Doc.
  16. An internship with Rubio. I can't wait to see how that'll go. And loved the parental conversation to close the chapter!

    Chapter 2

Lol. I had two more chapter ideas but I'll save 'em for another volumn. But the last villain is probably the worst one Retail Ninja has to contend with.

    Chapter 2

One more chapter. What could be worse than Karen and the Manageroid?

    Chapter 2

Jesus... is it time for a new hero? Insurance Pirate?

    Chapter 2

Lol. Huh, there isn't much of a difference, is there?

    Chapter 2

    Thanks, Chris!

    Chapter 2

In a perfect world, I'd love to see prices on certain items (groceries, household essentials) be regulated by the state. Some states' liquor proces are set by the government, protecting consumers from greedy store owners. There are drawbacks (particularly with distribution) but I believe it would do more good than harm.
