The store bustled. Registers beeped, cart wheels whirred, and chatter could be heard everywhere. All was sound in the supermarket. Regardless, he watched and listened tirelessly. Protecting his workplace from worldly evils was his mission. No one dared step foot inside to cause trouble, and if they did he would end their attempt with haste. Many have tried. Scummy thieves, hostile extreme couponers, and box-benders hoping to get a discount were caught by his hands. Dealt with swift justice

With thieves and crooks finding new ways to dampen the glorious shopping experience, a hero emerges. He lives by the moral code of exchanging goods and services, and he will uphold it. Fast and nimble, he is a blur to customers. Villains tremble at the sight of him. He is Retail Ninja.

Another must-read story from the "Running With The Pack" series, this time following Trevor's story. We see many familiar faces and read a tale of self-discover. Famous for having ladies on each of his hips, Trevor goes on a summer trip to find out more about life. The detail used for Burney is exquisite, sending the reader on an adventure. For fans of the series, quit reading this review. Get started!

The end of this book came out of nowhere, but there's plenty of loose ends for our author to revisit. Eager readers would love to see Sky and Randy again, as well as the end of the McKinney horsehockey. While I was tempted to get some popcorn for the roasting of Shannon, I can't help but feel concerned. Trevor (and his wolf) couldn't tell the difference between Shannon and Sharron, either in bed or in San Diego (more in bed, San Diego was a club with a lot of smells interfering). Sorry, Trevor, but I think that paternity test needs to be top priority. This was a wonderful story of self-discovery, and while I'm sad to see the book close, I have a feeling this isn't the last of Trevor's tale or our sightseeing adventures in Burney. Hugs and howls!!

My bottom lip is trembling. I don't want Trevor to go!!! Also, I feel a looming shoe. It's gonna drop, right?

Question. When were the rules changed from allowing 6 chapters to having them combined into 1? I can adapt, but I swear the rule stated 6 chapters were permitted, and went about writing with that in mind.

So no plans on creating sentient trash cans, then? They'd make the perfect prey...

If I can make a were-mole, you can make a were-raccoon. He could be a pawn shop owner. *** A wonderful weekend adventure! Randy's pretty okay with becoming a wolf. I was biting my nails on whether Ranger Rick was a McKinney ally or not, but I'm pleased our guys had a great trip.

I'm a big fan of hefeweizen! A local KY brewery makes one with a hint of banana bread flavor, and I'm a sucker for it. But I've been stuck on Mom Water for a while now.

Hero finds fascination in big tentacles. Alien dictator sees hero genitals. Submits.

For the NSYNC fans out there, I hope y'all had a merry transition from April to May. As with a new month, Ask An Author comes to showcase a deserving author. An anonymous reader sent me a list of questions for @Laura S. Fox. Let's see how she responded. • • • • • Laura S. Fox 13 Stories / 1,588,251 Words How long have you been writing gay-themed fiction and what got you started? I have been writing this type of story for as long as 16 years if I'm counting correctly. It was a long time I did that before I reached GA in 2017. It all started with fanfiction, actually. I don't know if the term is much in use now, but back in those days, they called it 'slash', that was when various male characters in TV shows, anime series, and so on, were being paired by the imagination of various fanfiction writers. I'd consumed quite a bit of fanfiction written in various fandoms before I got gutsy enough to write some of my own. It took me some years to start writing original fiction, and that happened when I discovered that M/M romance was a big thing on Amazon. What brought you to Gay Authors? Since I began writing original fiction and wanted to bring it under the eyes of an audience - something that happened with little success for many years - I began searching for platforms where I could publish my stories so that people could read it. If I remember well, it was because of a Google search that I ended up here. What have you enjoyed the most about your GA experience? What GA has and many other places on the Internet today don't is a strong, amazing community. I'm not using big words just for the fun of doing so. There aren't that many platforms where you can publish this type of story and experience great feedback. I know it for a fact since I publish my works on many different platforms. I won't mention other sites, but let's just say that there are platforms with a much larger audience where thousands of views only bring a measly comment or two on each chapter, not to mention the negativity that sometimes stems from the fact that people are not required to sign up and leave a comment or a review under at least an alias. To put it simply, GA is a lot more troll-proof than a lot of places on the net these days, and that's really great. What ONE story or series have you read on GA you may want to read again? I think that the one story I loved the most was lomax61's Gay Vacation Companion, but I'm not sure it is still on the site. It gave a fresh and natural perspective on a relationship that developed to circumstances that weren't supposed to lead to that • • • • • Thanks for the interview, Laura! Don't forget to click the link in her name to check out her stories. Hope y'all enjoy your month of May!

I'm left with the warm and fuzzies. Randy too, since he gets to sleep with wolves. Lucky... Fantastic chapter! Although, I'm waiting for a couple shoes to drop. >A Cassidy/Trevor confrontation. >Another McKinney attack.

Chapter 24: Pitiless Panda
astone2292 commented on astone2292's story chapter in Chapter 24: Pitiless Panda
It's one of my favorite lines as well! -
My heart is being wrung out like a wet rag! Randy's discomfort and uncertainty is completely warranted. I can only imagine what he's going through, and now Trevor and Sky. Both of them just had a lover walk out the door... I need it to be next Monday.

Gay man: I'm queen of Uranus!
-
Okay... You'd think Uranus would be warmer. I declare myself the winner.
-
I think about aliens all the time... Challenge accepted. *** Astronomer: Let's have some fun, guys. What did you call me, asswipe? I don't think that will fit. I've never taken a suppository before. Is that a crater on Uranus?

Why do I sense @Carlos Hazday drooling? It's okay, I was too. I'll be patiently waiting for Ethan's suggestion for an orgy.

For @kbois... Interstellar whiskey. One sip. I's drunk.

I can't help myself... *** Huh. Biological vibrations during orgasms. I thought my husband was big... I swear. One alien. Three dicks.

My butt is sore. Feels great!
