First things first! A monumental thank you goes to @Renee Stevens for starting this whole thing back in 2019. For several of our online community, we loved getting to know our fellow writers in a fun and quirky way. With that said, we're keeping this proverbial gravy train going, even for the weirdos, like me, that don't like gravy. I know, I feel bad for admitting it. But that's the point of this little blog game: discover new facts about our fellow authors, then guess who it could be! Seeing how this is the introductory article, it's time to give the low-down on how this game works. I'll break it down the only way I know how... by asking questions! ***What?*** Author Guess Who? is a game blog featured on Gay Authors with two posts a month-- one providing responses to questions from a mystery author, with the other revealing who our featured writer is. ***Where?*** Right here on the Gay Authors News Blog! ***When?*** The interview questions and responses will post on the 2nd Thursday of every month. The author reveal will post on the 4th Thursday, so mark your calendars! ***Why?*** Author Guess Who? is a great way to promote yourself as an author in our community, as well as let everyone know who you are as a person. Some of the questions are silly, like whether you prefer crunchy or creamy peanut butter. Some are thought-provoking, such as why you started writing. Log Thursday 9/30/19 9:37p Gav just went to bed. He’s been acting strange for the past two days. We barely spoke at dinner, and when his teammates showed up, I was basically ignored. LaDon and Rashaad talked to me a bit, but Gav remained silent. Not even a smile or chuckle. I think he moved my laptop and saw the sketch I was working on. May not be suspenseful for some, but River sure is freaking out. My little D2 college had several games on Friday, especially when either team had little distance to travel. No need for tips. I'm sure there'll be another along the way...

Can't say any of my professors were late coming back from a vacation. That's really funny. Who says a journal can't be suspenseful?

Knowing Riv, he's the scrawny kiddo that'll order three tacos from TB and call it. He's probably mystified by Gav's diet. Now I'm gonna think about Gav before I go to sleep... 😏

Log Monday 9/13/19 8:45p Yep. The classes feel like high school. Even after a few weeks, I still don’t see a difference. If I didn’t know better, I’d think the other freshman were still in high school. They’re focused on popularity and finding the ranks. The professors, on the other hand, let you come and go as you please. They don’t breathe down your throat like teachers did in high school. There’s a sense of self-control as the student. It’s fucking cool! Still, the material is too easy.

The football players back in my college days were cool as hell, even though they looked like they could eat me for breakfast. They don't get the credit they deserve with their packed schedules. Practices nearly two times a day, classes, then gym time. Had a couple that were great friends, but they made it clear I had no shot with them, even for one night. Woe is me... Glad you're enjoying River's journal!
