I'm sorry, there is so much good stuff in this chapter, I have to keep going. When Jay brings the girls to the airport and Loren sees them for the first time. "And you said you would protect the girls from your mother. So..." I almost lost my coffee. So damn funny. This was my husband with our kid 100%

The gym scene is everything. It really shows their old life and their new life blending seamlessly. I'm not surprised everyone at the gym is cool with the new additions. If any of them follow Loe and Jay, they know what theses babies represent and it's unsurprising to know they'd hold the door open for them...or play baby Einstein music 🤣 And this made me laugh. Again, unsurprising that Loren changed his mind on getting a nanny the second he held those girls. And again when Loren wouldn't leave the backseat of the car for his first trip away from the girls. Parenthood is a trip lol. Jay is like, GTFO.

I admit I teared up a bit. It really is a special event and this was well written. I could feel the hurried chaos and also the intense and overwhelming love

Jezus. Will every story of this series end like this? Glad I'm reading it 7 years later and I don't have to wait. Great story. Can't wait to read more.

I think it will be Jay keeping Loren grounded. The second Loren sees his little bebes he's going to go insane. He will be a force. Mark my words!

Sheesh. MrsG comin' in hot with the first chapter. I'm so excited to see the dynamic change once the twins arrive. I think Loren will flourish. He's so terrified about being like his parents that he will end up being the polar opposite. I can't wait. I do worry about his parents. Maybe not the lawsuit but they never reached out or did anything until now. They did stop by the wedding, which was strange, and I half expected them to try and get money. Mostly, they've been quiet. A lawsuit? That's a big step. What changed? Foreboding. What is going to unravel?

Story of Jensen and Nolan. A case of age difference that is well written and realistic. There is no love at first sight. Nolan only see's Jensen for what he is, a high schooler. As the years pass, Jensen grows up. It's not until after a very unfortunate set of events that they cross paths again. Jensen has a lot to prove, yet his generosity comes natural. He's truly a phenomenal character. A perfect man without seeming un-real. Nolan is pretty amazing, too. He's approachable and broken. Strong but insecure. A really great story by a great author.

I think Jensen is my new favorite character. What an amazing person. He is the complete package. You did such an amazing job navigating these two men. Even with the age difference, it's clear Nolan had no interested in young Jensen. No creepy vibe. It paced well as time went by. As we learned more about Nolan, my heart went out to him. He was a snob without being a snob. So well written. The dynamic between these two was perfectly done. Can't wait to re-read.

Jay gets all the glory but can I just say how much I love Loren???

MrsGnomie does several things well. She can tell a story, her dialogue is natural and impactful, her humor is well placed and well times, her character arcs are perfectly crafted, and she knows how to throw you for a loop. I have read all her stories and I love all her stories, but simply put, they were nothing but sharpening stones far this one. A very traumatic past gave Loren the tools he needed to not just propel to the top of the social media industry, but it gave him the tools to create it. If you have no boundaries, you know no boundaries. At the same time, there was always a part of him that was closed off to the entire world. Until Jay Petermeyer. Jay knows Loren's "it" from the second he see's him, but love doesn't happen like that. He's in no rush, a lot of time passes until Loren finally see's Jay, even then, he doesn't bite. Not really. Once he does, it's a slow slide down hill. One minute I'm frustrated with Loren and the next my heart breaks for him. There are times he's like a child who pushing boundaries because he's hurt and scared. Other times, he's loving with all he has, in his own way. It's a real ride through the peak and valleys of life. I cannot say enough about this story. If you read it, you will enjoy it. If you don't read it, your life will not shine as bright as it could.

What an unexpected surprise. Usually I'm stalking GA as I wait for the chapter to drop, this time I got an email and then I was frantic. Looks like things are still tense with Jay and his parents. I think it will be for a while. It's a lifetime of habit that is being broke, those kinds of things don't happen overnight. I'm proud of Jay for staying with it because it would be easier to give up and let things run the same course they've already ran. Poor Loren though. His discomfort was palatable. Others have touched on and it and I agree, it was a surprise to see Jay cave but I think it was such a good turn of events. Loren has so much more will power than he lets on. I'm so happy.

You set the bar so high for yourself.

I'm more excited than ever for this best chapter business.
