I love Will being Will at college. I was hoping for a professor storyline, a la CAP. I fooled around with a professor back in my college days. University politics are a bloodsport ☠️

Strategically, I like that Will and Jeremy have bonded. Let’s see what happens when that bond gets tested. Starting with Kris. Why is he acting so dodgy lately? Hmm.

I don’t think Jeremy has changed at all, but his medication gives him a handle on his brain chemistry. He can make better rational choices in stressful moments. All that therapy has given him some social skills too. He isn’t stuck in brat mode with no relief.

Will and Jeremy doing the electric slide at Fuego? Everybody check for the sound of hoofbeats 😳 What a fun chapter, esp the snakes 🐍 🐍

What a crazy chapter! I love all the layers of interaction. I wonder who’s going to recruit Aaron.

I love that Stef laughed once Will told him about his Tesla deal ❤️ and also glad to see Brad et al kick into beatdown mode 💥

What a satisfying chapter - two brothers figuring out exactly what to say in two difficult situations.- 32 comments

The Countess von Lieven
Carnelian commented on Mark Arbour's story chapter in The Countess von Lieven
I wonder if George has miscalculated with Caroline. She really doesn’t understand power. She may yet cause him damage, if she makes his deal with the royals go sideways. This is the first hint I’ve seen (maybe I missed others?) that Daventry may understand George’s secret side. I can’t imagine it becomes a problem, they are too connected in life, and have been through too much together. I wonder what former shipmate of George’s will pop up next? Can it be Cavendish please 😛😛- 32 comments

Stefan Schools the Class
Carnelian commented on Mark Arbour's story chapter in Stefan Schools the Class
This chapter takes place just a little after the 3 year anniversary of 9/11. It’s nice to see Brad in a good place after so much trauma. -
I dare you to wordcount “butt” for this chapter. And most of it came from Jacob’s mom! This is one crazy cliffhanger to leave your readers on, especially for a month with 31 days!

After all this time, it’s only Thanksgiving? And we still don’t know the twins’ names lol 😂

I’m prematurely sad for Jeremy that he’s had to live a life devoid of normalcy, and now that he’s getting a clue about how much love might be out there waiting for him, it probably won’t last.

Oh please let George explore his dominator side 😛

Unmedicated Jeremy stomped into his biodad’s office and pulled a DEFCON 1 tantrum. Medicated Jeremy has yet to make his move. Travis explaining things to Jeremy is the balm that both brothers need.

I don’t think it’s Taylor. It’s got Travis so shaken, it could affect his performance on set. That could be the goal. Hmm!

I see this trip as a way for Granger to reset Caroline: they always worked well together outside of their marriage. If they can remain allies for the sake of their children, then Caroline is likely to find herself on the George side of the field. Maybe George needs to give her the Arthur treatment and find a massively hung Viking of her own!

Stef doesn’t yet see it through any other lens. I’m sure he will get there eventually. I think Stef has a lifetime of rationalizing all that ever happened to him without his consent, and there is a lot - maybe more than every other character combined. For a man who naturally compartmentalizes his life, he doesn’t instinctively get Will’s defense of Brad. I love how Brad’s instinct is to turtle with his favorite human, and make sure his walls are strong, before seeing Stef. He defused his own bomb. What a great single chapter to show both Brad and Will maturing. JP will be proud.

Marc Sievres, of all people. I love it when echoes of the past pop up in this story.
