    Well, I started crying when Michael won the gold medal the first time but when he won the second one, I was bawling! I am going to blame my menopausal hormones that make me emotional at 71! Nothing like getting older makes it more emotional, not just being female. lol Good job, @Lee Wilson!

    Darren couldn’t help but laugh. Esteban just rolled his eyes and shook his head. It wasn’t as though he hadn’t heard it before from his eldest son. Aurora had mellowed too, simply throwing the stink-eye toward Angel. Angel grimaced and mouthed, “Sorry.” I love this chapter! Their life is coming along so well. I thought the above was funny and it reminded me of the time when my mom reprimanded me for cussing. lol

    Went to bed long before midnight but could hear the fireworks going till I fell asleep. My sister got scared her sister (me) had passed away and kept calling and texting me even real early. (Good grief, woman! I am 71 years old and don't need a mother! You are 2 years and 13 days younger than me.) I know it is sweet of her to care but it is still annoying and she gets mad at me for doing her the same way but I am her big sister! I have the right to worry when she is in worse health than I am. But she loves to dictate to me and has since she first learned to talk. And our mom thought it was cute! I don't! So that is how my New Years Eve and also Day has went and started for me.

    I don't write on here but have written stories on another site, but on here I have read both female and male author stories which are really good. And yes, some may may get offended on if they write gay stories. I am female and bisexual so have done those stories as well. But let's hear how others take your question and hope they aren't offended by the question.

May your Christmas prayers be answered on whether it is for a loved one or what you wanted for Christmas this year. Or even for a stranger or your pets even. They are all special in this world too!
