Yes, Graham's ability has predicted events that they would rather have avoided, but he's also informed them of situations they wouldn't have otherwise know about. It has been both a bane and a boon.
Yes, even though Sally and Steve mostly try to guide the boys to the Hotel that they feel will fit in, sometimes things still go awry. I'd heard they had implants for Kevin's situation, but I wasn't sure I wanted to put him through that multiple times. I knew a couple of boys with one testicle over the years, but those were because they hadn't dropped, but they survived with only one. Thanks for the feedback.
@hobo Yes, problems do arise and sometimes we aren't able to deal with them. We can only hope that this will be a wake up call, rather than a sign of what the future holds - or worse.
I was hoping the readers might think it was Tristan's parents, especially his dad, so this little misdirection paid off. Obviously it took Hubbard and Abernathy some time to figure out how they could interact with the living, but once they had that problem solved, it seems that they've come back seeking revenge. Thank goodness the family has Graham to help them solve problems with the supernatural. Thanks for the feedback.
James, with so many characters in this story it's not easy to bring them all back into the limelight. Sometimes there will just be a brief mention of how they're doing, but you will see Nicky and Jordan back in this series, although only briefly. Thanks again for the feedback.
James, thank you for the high praise and I'm glad you are enjoying this series. I'm not sure how long it may continue, however, since each book takes a lot out of me, and if you've looked at my profile you've seen that I'm not as young as when I started this. Thanks again and we'll see what the future holds.
I agree with your comments, but you must remember that Ricky knew Josh before this, since he attended Josh's school and they got along fairly well. Danny, on the other hand, had a rough situation with his dad, and having Ricky as an example, he was thrilled to have a positive relationship with another male who was now taking the place of his dad.
James, thank you for the feedback. Yes, I think we're all sad when the little birdies leave the nest, but that's another stage in the circle of life. The situation with Sam and Grant needs to be resolved, so we'll see what happens. I'm glad you're enjoying this series and I hope that continues, and I look forward to hearing from you again.
I just like to throw you guys a curve ball every now and then, but you'll have to read on to find out how they handle this problem - or if they can. Thanks for the feedback.
Stix, I was hoping most people would think the person causing the problem was Tristan's dad. I mean, who would have thought of David Hubbard? He's a blast from the past. Stay tuned to find out how this turns out.
Sometime during the night Brandon woke up, and when he got out of bed he woke me up too. When I looked to see what he was up to, he seemed quite agitated, so I attempted to find out what was bothering him.
“Is something wrong?”
“Yes, did you turn on the lamp on my side of the bed?”
“No, I was sleeping until I felt you moving around.”
“I got up because the lamp on my nightstand was on and the light woke me. You know how sensitive I am to any sort of light while I’m sleeping.”
Josh is still in GA, and Jake has always taken a background role even when Josh was there. He's worried about Shannon, so he is keeping in touch with Josh and his son and letting Danny, Brandon, Dion, and Trey take care of the house and the boys. Things will change eventually, but for now his mind isn't in PA, even though his body is, but with those in GA.
