The following week passed by quickly, since Brandon and I were busy taking the boys to their practices and games, as well as muddling through our normal routines. Elliot spent most of his time with Ian, while Noah was hanging out with Adam. Noah had also asked Adam's parents to join us for the cookout, but they didn't give him an immediate reply. I got Ryan and Owen up at 8:00 on Saturday morning, had them eat a quick breakfast, before making sure they were dressed appropriately prior to leaving the house. Ryan was dressed for his practice, while Owen was wearing his uniform, because we wouldn't have time to come home in between. If we were lucky, we'd have just enough time to stop at a fast food joint and grab a quick bite to eat before we headed over to Owen's game. Tuesday night, I was caught in a bit of a quandary. Benny and Joshie had a game, but I wanted to go to Ryan's practice, in case those same boys showed up again. That's when Pop stepped in and solved my dilemma. "I'll go with Ryan to his practice, because you should go to Benny's game.
