  1. Happy Birthday, Carl! A year full of writing and many happy moments.
  2. Post-modern moral relativity does screw up some minds, doesn't it? You're right, Thaddeus is only ethics-challenged, and Sheriff Johnson honesty-impaired.
  3. Somehow, the boys get tons of money, so the screwed up first semester of college is no big deal, and they may share an apartment near campus with Valerie, who finds Mr Perfect on day 2 of moving in with them.
  4. I regret not having actually enslaved Jack Frost to force him to write the end of Moving On. And leaving him on the loose coming around for taunting.
  5. Sorry not to have mentioned the evil Southern Californians... So much money for a dirty whore... What has this world come down to?
  6. What the f...? The weaselly Russian had me transfer $5,000 for providing my target with sexual favors? Where are honest, hard-working hitmen when you need them? I'll have to change my contacts again! Well, Emoe & Ieshwar, thanks for wishing me the best. This is quite needed in this thread full of evil Arizonians.
  7. The Eric Lovers, and now the CJ worshipers... I'm surrounded by the forces of evil. The Sue Ellen alternative is SO secret that it doesn't come up into the count. So, that's four, even once you make up your little list. I thought it was obvious to anybody with a little knowledge in cliffhangers and evil plots, which you guys amply qualify in, despite your denials. I do not act in bad faith, I usually admit I'm wrong, but this time, I'm right, you guys just don't use a proper frame of reference. *dials Yuri so he stays in Arizona a bit longer to check on other people*
  8. Another personal, heartfelt, intimate and beautiful entry. I send all my positive waves all the way down I-80, that I know well, and I won't forget your birthday on Monday.
  9. Nickolas James is celebrating his two-year membership to Gay Authors. (I should use his little brown fireworks that always remind me of a painful belly getting relief... Maybe not... A birthday cake will do!)
  10. No, but the person above me must have, if I can count right. Congratulations for all your contributions, Nick. Do you want a separate thread in the lounge? I guess, I can bring back up the 2000th post, or use the BeaStKid's celebration one if too many honors risk hurting your modesty. The person below me is scheduled to go to church tomorrow.
  11. Damn! Yuri is indeed persuasive! There must have been some bleating in Arizona; I had told him not to hurt your hooves, it's difficult enough for you to type. Of course, you know he'll be back if the outcome of you little encounter is not entirely satisfactory.
  12. OK, sorry about this, but as I was frantically searching for relevant images, I found this lovely cake as I had typed in "birthday cake 18 jules", or something similar. A girl (didn't I say you'd have to imagine your name was Brooke)? This is sexism, boys may like pink, and pearls, off with the stereotypes! The age I changed, since whereas people were greeting you for your 19th birthday, it still had 18 in your profile. Correcting my mistake:
  13. You're another one of CJ's disciples, teasing the poor readers cruelly and endlessly. Should we beg on our knees now?
  14. (Just imagine one second your name is Brooke for full effect...) Happy Birthday Jules!
  15. I'd suspect CJ to send four different versions of the next chapter to his team: one with the Hawaii FBI agent as the rescuer, one with Eric, one with Betty, one with Jacobs, and one with Sue Ellen.
  16. By the way, it was decided a while back that as an incentive to get people to post, we'd set a prize for whoever got the 1000th post. Well, it's not exactly a whoever, since it's Ieshwar. The prize was a date with Kevin, also known as AFriendlyFace, who started it all. He's actually quite a cutie, he's featured in the action round robin started by Nickolas James, Kevin's Big Moment, so we thought people would fight to get this prize. Benji, aren't you pretending not to know what the prize was? Your sudden interest in this thread at post 980 or so seems VERY suspect! :lol!
  17. Who PMs Kevin to tell him he's got to take a plane ticket to Mauritius? I'd advise him to do it ASAP. As Ieshwar is still underage, the date will have to take place in a proper public place, and so his honor and integrity won't be jeopardized. Unless, of course, Kevin has an interest in meeting a Mauritian for more serious stuff, and then should inquire about Ieshwar's 18th birthday. The game being over, we might as well let the thread fall down its natural way according to gravity. We proved we could definitely make it. We rock. We rule. And Kevin as an incentive works.
  18. I know everything, I am everywhere, I can do anything. This is why.
  19. Phew, glad Chapter 5 clears up the mess. The Joe/ Jamie VS. Matthew/ Jamie plot lets us know more about the characters. Maybe Matthew will have to get into his job rather than picking up the pieces of a past relationship!
  20. OK, I won't comment about the story itself, so I don't spoil it for any other potential readers. Let's say it's a mix of horror, thriller, and romance, and it's kind of a roller coaster ride. This was my first experience as a full-fledged editor. Though I've proofread a bit, reminding other authors of where the hyphen was, or getting the your VS. you're that other editors had missed (I actually spotted a couple in Trevor's stories that I missed myself, so my apologies to readers and author), I really got the first drafts this time, and got to comment on both "container" and content issues. It was a blessing to work with an author who got so involved into his story and characters, and who also got so much into his storytelling. I was really glad to see so many people noticing the improvement as chapters came up, and especially commenting Trevor's Last Chance. Trevor's taste for the uncanny and weird, his taste for twists and soap opera-like plots is sometimes disconcerting for me, but it creates a very unique blend, stories that are flamboyant and sad, horrific and sentimental, and I hope he manages to go on writing many more stories, designing more of his lovable characters. I got a lot of inspiration from Trevor's hard work, and it lead me into being more productive in my own writing, so I hope you guys (and gals) may enjoy his stories, and that the next ones will be as enjoyable as these two. With their hard moments, and the sometimes far-fetched situations and characters.

    A very puzzling entry.
