So much to digest in this chapter. I still think the trap has been laid but Wren adds a (fascinating) wrinkle. Nice visit to the chum bucket that is his…home. *shudder* Talon loves Kal. Drag out the admission as long as you want to. Kal loves his brother and Eon loves him.

That conversation in the carriage wasn’t even a veiled threat, it was quite openly a warning of sorts. Yikes. I don’t know if we’re in a distant past or a distant future setting but the casualness of same sex relationships gives me a jolt of excitement every time it’s mentioned. Perhaps I should just chalk it up to an alternative reality. The Demiurge Zone!
