The August insecurity is on rise! What if to hide his whereabouts, Rusty tells Matty that he was out with August for the weekend?! Or a better plot: Matty nagging Rusty to spill out his whereabouts (just saying 'cause I know well Matty won't do that) and seeing Rusty's discomfort, August rushes to protect him and she says, "Stop it Matty, he was with me. We went out to catch up on our lives and we both deserve some us-time together." 😨 Nah, that won't happen. My gut says August isn't that mean. But she definitely got a role to play. Let's see. 🤞

Rusty wants to impress his father and I can't blame him for that. But what comes out of your heart shouldn't be just a tool to impress others. Pure things can be shared with those you don't have to even think to impress; like Matty. For Matty, being nice isn't a habit but an instinct - perfectly said. But he wants to wait till the every end of their college days for confessing his love to Rusty. Oh Matty, casualty can't be reduced by postponing the day you jump off the cliff. I'm not asking you to have more courage because you already are courageous. You dare to do the right thing when you very well know that things could go south; that takes bravery. But just as you don't think twice to do good for others, try that same on yourself from time to time. Self love is as important as loving others and I've learned it the hard way. And who knows, maybe you jump of the cliff and learn how to fly. Okay, now I feel bad for John. If he is in love with Connor, I'd ask him (John) to do better than that. John is confused, misguided and wears a helmet that ricochets logic but he's not an intentionally harmful person. I don't know about you, but Rusty losing the title as The King of Sunny Hills seems like a good deal to me. He will finally be able to focus on real stuff that matters e.g. Matty and Music. By the way, @Laura S. Fox how is our Ray of sunshine? And how is Hannah? I miss them both.
