My blood pressure is on the rise. 🚨 God, this story is getting better and better. The downhill ride will be so painful that I think it may out run Box Shaped Heart's climax, honestly. Rusty and Matty are both hiding their truth in fear of losing it all and that will cause some serious mayhem. Otis' innocence is cute but not in this creepy red-light zone. He'll be eaten alive if he isn't careful. Not getting sexual innuendos is one thing, but not being able to recognise contemporary banter is on level 3 danger! Hudson must teach him a thing or two himself. Or atleast refer him some new MM or BL books to cover the basics. Although I strongly believe that Otis is about to become an espionage under Hudson's command which is worrying me more. Jackie, I must say, seemed like one of those desperate kids who turned blind in neon lights. Or maybe not. Maybe Jackie is the mastermind and playing I'm-happy-with-what-I-earn is his way to shatter other's guard?

Can I smack John for that shitty head of his? What an absolute idiot! At times, both Rusty and Matty are careless about how they make the other feel. Rusty should have been more thoughtful before placing a kiss on Matty's lips that was mostly for a show. Even though he don't care for what others think of his relationship with Matty, he should have been a little tactful. Matty on the otherhand is a numpty. It was the perfect time for him to sing some 'I Love You With All My Heart' song, instead he ended up giving a reason for Rusty to back off. Matty, my boy, all Rusty wants is to be the perfect man for his baby dude. Music is a part of him, sure and he wants the world to know that too, eventually. But the prize he desires from his life is you, Matty. Wake up.

When I said Otis had a traumatic past, I didn't mean abusive trauma. God, he had suffered so much! I hope Hudson can see through his scars and sooner rather than later. Because what if Hudson convinces Otis to work with him as an undercover agent to infiltrate the gang?! I believe Otis to have a huge heart and if Hudson offers him the job, he will jump right in....not to impress Huddy but to help those desperate kids fell victim to some civilized monsters. Otis maybe the perfect fit for the spy job; a troubled kid is always an asset to such espionage operations. But breathing in an abusive environment for too long may shatter his trauma-tainted heart and shut him for another person forever. Read him Hudson, learn him before he learns civility.

If Rusty hears about our move, he will surely try to staple your lips 😶 Dex is hinted about Zoey. Matty's Slicky truth is now all dancing in front of Rusty's eyes. Next time they meet, they'll have to admit about Slicky, right? I wonder how August will fit into the storyline now? I'm damn sure she has some major role to play in the future. What a brilliantly written chapter! Round of applause for @Laura S. Fox Connor's words, each of his his movements - everything about him is making my blood boil. It's so, so well written! Our author here, has some special power when it comes to writing multiple characters in one scene. Remember the chapters where Maddox visited his family? Very rarely, I've read crowd work so perfectly written. And Connor.....he's one awful creature that I wanna, I wanna Now, Zoey was with Dex (or August) but what about John? What is that little fella up to? 🤔 @J.El, did you and John...last night..........
