He is hesitant to confront any true emotion. Be it his feelings for Matty, his music, his equation with August, his father - he just doesn't wanna confront anything real that can hurt him to his core. Honestly, I wanna see him open up to Rusty about his past life, like his mom, dad, August....and of course not music 'cause @Laura S. Fox won't give us that pleasure just yet. The only thing he isn't hesitant about in life is me and his insurmountable love, again, for me. ❤️

Okay, so whatever @J.El may say, Matty is the one and only for Rusty. Rusty doesn't know about it in depth and Matty doesn't wanna believe that he can mean the world to Rusty, but still, Rusty is in love with Matty. Period. And whatever you all may say but I like August. Even if she has a child with Rusty, even if she is still in love with Rusty; I like her. August's love for Rusty will make her do all she can for Rusty to recognize his love for Matty. Zoey on the other hand is like an angel of mischief - means no harm, tries to help others, but all that in her own twisty ways and methods. I don't think Matty will ever show any hissy fits but he is suppressing some of his vital emotion. So all that pent up frustration will have an outburst in the future. And I believe Rusty will have to chase the love of his life and secure the deal forever. I also wanna see Matty telling Rusty that he has something for Rybalt. That will make Rusty feel the same way Matty felt about Rusty admiring Slicky. Rusty is Rybalt so that's a win-win or is it? I think somewhere deep inside, Rusty will think that Matty is attracted to someone else he believes not to be him. God, I'm excited!

Mrs. May said it perfectly. One can be a great singer, but it's a different ball game all together to be a great entertainer. And now I'm finally relieved about August. I said before that August doesn't seem like a mean character; at least not just yet. Rusty and August loved each other at a point of time, at a time when they both were relatively younger. And I'm not saying they don't love each other anymore as it's a hard thing to do, I guess. When you love someone that much, you leave a part of yourself with them, just as you carry a part of them with you forever. But some affinity aren't meant to be lifelong. Then again they aren't meant to be doomed a mere whim. To simply put, Rusty and August loved each other once and now, though that love isn't there anymore, their relationship has morphed into admiration and care for one another, which I believe is a good thing. Rusty needs a friend like August. I know we need to learn more about August but til now that's my conclusion. Matty, dude, you need to be strong. I don't want to see Matty as a typical crybaby, I want him to do better then that. You opted to be a part of @Laura S. Fox's creative world and so you must be prepared to endure emotionally tricky situation. I also believe August, along with Johnathan, will help Rusty acknowledge his true emotions regarding Matty. Also, if Matty partially confess about his attraction for Rybalt to Rusty, I wonder how Rusty will react to that. Will he feel slightly jealous that he himself isn't enough for his baby dude? Things are about to go out-worldly interesting.
