By the way, who is Jamie?! ๐คจ The bad boy from CRP who had a crush on me that made Rusty furious and @J.El envious??? ๐

Awww, how cute!! And Otis's career choice was spot on. I thought he'd choose something like sculpture making - miniature sculpture art. But this is far better than that. Here Otis is sculpting the lives of little angels. (Real angels and not like our story's Angel ๐) I'm so happy that Zeus is still around ๐...I got scared when I read eight years have past. I'm pretty sure that when Hudson joked about swingers, our @J.El got a little too excited, lol ๐คญ Otis's vows were ๐ฅ Finally, what an amazing journey this has been! This story reminds me of Dumbledore's words more than ever before; "Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light." What more to say now besides that I just, I ......

Have You Ever Been in Love Before?
Joie J. commented on Laura S. Fox's story chapter in Have You Ever Been in Love Before?
I feel bad for @J.El โน๏ธ Hudson got Otis, I got Rusty. And now, with Keres and Watkins gone, J put all his hopes on Jackie. But it seems like Jackie got his own plan. There there @J.El, don't cry. I'm sure Keres got some wicked old relatives somewhere in this world waiting just for you. -
Have You Ever Been in Love Before?
Joie J. commented on Laura S. Fox's story chapter in Have You Ever Been in Love Before?
I needed this chapter so bad! I felt so, so happy reading it - I paused after almost every other paragraph to take in the joy. "Jackie had been revenged, after all, but hat was no victory" - I totally agree with that; a life for a life is no revenge at all. Zeus is soooo adorable ๐ฅฐ I want one husky and one golden retriever for myself as well. Otis is finally living the life that he deserves. I'm so happy for him. I hope in the epilogue, we'd know about Otis's choice for higher education and his college preference - oh, I'm so happy for him! ๐ฅณ -
Hahahahahahahahahaha! Did you take any of those medications that Hudson is taking 'cause you sound high!!
-
I second that ๐

Gavin is a nice guy. So @J.El, I'd suggest you not to wait for Watkins to get out of prison and to go on on the forever journey with Gavin. ๐ค I don't think Jackie will be even minorly interested in you for your undying love and loyalty towards Watkins and Keres. ๐ Okay Hudson, you need to do everything that the doctors tell you to do, just for Otis's seck. Oh, my little Otis deserves the world. Otis is both the hero and the true angel of this story. And I'm counting on Zeus to become Otis's new bestfriend. Hudson, you must recover at rocket speed and cuddle Otis for the rest of his life - he deserves that; so get well soon! ๐ค P.S. Pete's ending was tragic, I'm sure, but we must endure that profound sadness for Otis and Hudson's seck - they are about to embark on a new journey and this time around, there shouldn't be any scope for secrecy.

Found this one after quite a long while!

Okay wow! Just wow!! This chapter was written by Laura Dark Fox ๐ฑ I mean thrill of the next level! I'm kinda undecided about Angel. Keres said he was one of them and I guess he was but still, he was killed most inhumanly - and I don't really like killing as a punishment. But then Angel got what he gave to so many others. I just felt my tummy twisted when Hudson realised Angel's tongue was chopped out! @Laura S. Fox please tell me that those masked fuckers - I have no better word to refers those monsters - are all going to jail. Please don't kill them but put them behind bars. I agree with Keres about one thing; for monsters like them, death is the sweetest thing possible. I'd rather see them rot inside some dark chember. The world should know that there is no "sweet end" for criminals like these. And I'm happy, no scratch that, super happy about one thing - Otis is the real hero! So Otis's mom was clinically depressed and in her own twisted way, she wanted save Otis, from herself. Oh I feel so bad for the child Otis! Atleast now he will be truly loved and cherished.

Oh @J.El you poor soul! Your trauma is so severe that you are seeing your lover Keres's presence in my life!! But wow, creepy face is eliminated?! ๐ฅณ Okay now, I'm gonna read his demise slowly and repeatedly ๐
-
That line gave my eyes some tickling but I promise I didn't cry.
-
My money is on that. ๐ข
-
Now this is ACTION!!! ๐คฉ๐คฉ๐คฉ @J.El, I'm sorry but I believe your lover Keres is going to die ๐
-
You never heard me say this but I second that.
-
That was very creepy indeed!!!

Okay Joie, just calm down. Deep breath in and out, in and out, in and.....but this chapter; it was, it was OUTRAGEOUS! Someone please let me give a free kick to that demon Angel's crippled ass! (Before Hudson saves him ofcourse ๐) Hudson, this is strike two! How come you thought Jackie could just walk out with Otis and that too, from the front door!!!!! You need to fix the mess buddy or One more thing - what are the chances of Watkins being an undercover FBI agent or something? Who wanna bet?
-
This one may shatter your heart into pieces!

I'm taking screenshots of Otis's thoughts from the last few chapters as I'm gonna frame them as motivational quotes to hang on my wall. From this chapter, I'm taking....."The power, the strength had to come from within." A good thing has happened in this chapter; Otis started realising, maybe somewhere deep inside in his subconscious, that he is better off than those pretty-faced cruel boys for when he thought, "At his startled reaction, Angel began laughing. How could such a beautiful person appear so ugly?" And we also learned that Otis's mom started the fire but why did she let him go? Did she felt guilty? Otis said that his mom never beat him except for the last time. Maybe that's where the scar came from and maybe she felt immense guilt after that last incident. So I guess she freed her son and brought the house and her own life down with that fire......my thoughts. Oh, Angel, you idiot demon! He is one of @Laura S. Fox's special cruel character that will make your skin crawl with its extra-sweet poisonous personality e.g. Alex from Box Shaped Heart. But the problem with such characters of madam Fox is that by the end of the story, you will feel bad for them; just a little! I still feel like Otis is the real hero of the story. Hudson is doing great or at least trying his best, but he is trained and Otis is not. Still look how cleverly Otis is finding his way out. Even Hudson squirmed round Watkins or Keres but look at Otis; when he got caught by Keres tapping morse code on the door, he smartened up quickly and asked for water.

Saltburn - who else have got their fingers crossed?
Joie J. replied to Joie J.'s topic in The Lounge
OMG, you've got some spicy nuggets from your past! Why don't you cook a story around it and I can assure you, all of us who survived Saltburn will appreciate your work far, far more. -
@Laura S. Fox are you Taylor Swift in disguise? Another story?!! Do you have 48 hours a day?!!!! How can someone come up with new stories so fast!
-
Is this a getaway car you and Keres came up with? Dump your and Keres's creepy kinks under my name? Is that's the case? ๐

Dark and poetic - that's how I see this chapter. Pitch black clouds rumbling all over the sky, alarming the humans beneath them of the impending storm - and even then, in that darkness, there is a rhythm to it; something poetic about it. When Keres roars his interim victory and boosts his infliction of pain as some creative art, Otis stays calm and calculates his possible moves - there's a rhythm to it. When Hudson panics for his lover in danger but clams himself down just so other lives don't fall prey to the killers on the loose - there's a rhythm to it. This chapter is beautifully written and it hits so hard at places; truly magnificent! I love how @Laura S. Fox has painted those cruel characters with such accurate colours, from cold and careless Angel to sharpe but deplorable Keres, they all fit perfectly into the story. And I must mention the perfect dialogues for our beloved Otis - from "I'm not friends with careless people" to "You can't hurt me" Otis rocked the day. As I said earlier, this chapter is dark, poetic and genius.

I don't think Otis is playing hero. He is more likely acting upon his own survival instinct.

You love Keres that much?! ๐ You even want Otis to get shot!!! ๐คซ(No one should hear me say this but that will undoubtedly raise the stakes, so why not ๐)๐คซ @J.El, you Keres loving, Rusty hating, Xpress editor! ๐ก How dare you ask Otis to get shot?!
